It was my first experience with an ulta salon. I went there for a blowout for my birthday. Unfortunately it has not been a good experience for m. I am not satisfied with the result. It was notworth it. I ended up doing the front part of the blowout myself.
P.S. If you are in service industry, you should have a good vibe. You can not do your job without smiling at your customers.
Edit: I was contacted and compansated for the experience I have witnessed. That is why I am changin my star rating.

Had a very bad experience here , I have been a ulta customer for a very long time I spend thousands here one of my very favorite stores when I walked in here I went straight to the Dior section looking for a lip stick , I kept trying different ones on and the employer was giving me a mug face , didn’t even ask if i needed help he just kept looking at me like if I was suspicious made me feel uncomfortable, maybe because I was dressed bummy but that’s very judge mental of him, so I choose the lip stick and I go to the register I changed my mind and left it by some other lipsticks , I pay out my other stuff and the cashier said give me one second steps back and someone on the headphone she had on asked her to ask me where was the Dior lipstick at , so she asked me right away I looked at her and said I will go get it I left it , why would I steal a $40 lip stick when I am a great customer here & I just felt very judged but if I went in looking professional this wouldn’t have had happened, this made me upset I will never come back to this store ! And instead of just looking at me try on lipsticks he should’ve helped me or suggested something but no he automatically judged me. Or probably was being racist ‘!!!!

I absolutely love this location and I especially love my hairdresser Marisol. She’s kind, she’s friendly, she’s social and she does great hair! Cut, color, you name it she is the pro. Thanks for all you do Marisol! Five stars to all the staff as well every single one of them has been very kind.

customer service is lackluster.
if you plan on doing “curbside pickup” remove the option. why bother customers with following the prompts or even calling.

this review is solely about their salon services - it's a mess. they offer relaxer services on their website and when you try to book an appointment, they tell you they don't offer the service which is just ridiculous. why give the option to book a service you don't offer? by the way, stylist Maci G. is super rude and unfriendly. guess i'll find another ulta to go to - this one sucks.

Went to exchange an item and the cashier Kyra was so rude, had an attitude and rolled her eyes when I asked a question. Lucky whenever I went to grab the new item she took care of someone else and the new cashier was very nice and friendly. Kyra needs a new attitude or a new job.

I love Ulta and I've been going to a different location for years. I was recently disappointed by my most recent experience at this specific location. Firstly, about half of the fragrance sample bottles were missing here. I am not someone who likes to buy a fragrance without trying it, so that was upsetting because usually Ulta is on top of their game.
Anyways, my biggest issue was that I was in the fragrance section for over 30 minutes and no one bothered to approach and help me. Not to say that I can't speak up for myself, but I would appreciate not having to ask for help, especially when buying a fragrance. I shouldn't have to go up to the cashier's table and interrupt the clearly non-work related conversation between employees to ask for assistance.
I'm just going to order my products online from elsewhere now because there I am not receiving an in person experience that is worthwhile.

Miguel was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of what products to recommend for a clueless shopper. I will definitely return, cannot thank him enough for his excellent customer service. So happy with my purchases!

I am in town on vacation and went in to get a refreshed haircut since it's my birthday week, I was so happy Steve had an opening and he made me look and feel Fabulous!!! I have to Thank you SOOOOOO much for the great conversation and treatment from everyone!! You made an ole gal feel GREAT!!!

Came here for the first time for a pick up order. It was actually at the Town & Country location in Memorial city but the girl who helped me was so kind, even show me how to cancel my order so I don’t have to go all the way over there! I bought an exfoliater just cause!
