Lina A. is the best! Recently moved to The Heights area and needed a hairstylist. She is super professional and always so kind. Every time I go, she makes sure my hair looks amazing. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who will take great care of you and leave you looking gorgeous!

This Ulta location seems to always be busy, which is a good thing. I was actually able to find all the items I intended to purchase. Not many staff members to assist all the customers with questions but the associates did get to everyone in a timely matter.

Worst customer service, I used to like coming to this location. No one helps out anymore too busy gossiping. I was the only one in line and stood there for 10 minutes and I had to ask if the register was open when there is three people standing there not acknowledging me and saying hi when people are walking in worst customer service! & stuff you need is always out of stock!

I came in to look for a concealer to cover up a tattoo and everyone was extremely helpful. However Yasmin was so patient in helping me find one that matched my exact skin tone. As a woman of color it was so great seeing someone that looked like me that could relate to me and recommend quality products. Thanks to her expertise I’ll be back for sure!

I was referred to CiCi by a close friend with fabulous curly hair. I've never been able to love my hair, and was convinced that curly hair styles just weren't for me.
From my first appointment with her, Cici worked absolute MAGIC on my hair. She not only made my curls reappear, but made them simply extraordinary! She worked with my natural hair texture and color and generated a style that was easy for me to re-create at home. She's the first stylist that didn't consistently insult my hair for being "difficult to work with", or suggest that my hair color should be different. She also recommended products that played nice with my overly sensitive skin.
Cici has totally changed my mind about my hair - I'm never going to another stylist! She is a true talent and artist. Thanks Cici!!

The salon is a rip off in my opinion. These 2024 stylists work like Spirit Airlines and make you pay for everything as an added charge.
I went In for a wash and blow dry which was supposed to be $45. Why did Ulta charge me an extra $24 for a clarifying shampoo? Which I might add that the stylist recommended. Shampoo is shampoo. How dare you charge me $24 for a shampoo? I have the same one at home and could’ve brought mine if that was the case. If I wanted a trim that would’ve been extra as well and somehow they expected a tip???
It’s 2024, if stylists want to stay in business do better. A wash and blow dry involves shampoo, conditioner, quick trim and dry. Stop being greedy.

I went yesterday (Saturday) and asked Max for help on finding a new foundation. My favorite one had been discontinued. I asked for something specific and Max delivered. Super kind and friendly. My favorite Ulta location!

Worst customer service and will follow you around the store. I’m assuming that they must have a theft problem at this location, but they are very inappropriately profiled me.
