Great pickup service. Online is better than in person because service can be very slow to be honest. Depending on case scenario. Tho was annoyed cashier dropped my new book on counter after being startled over a phone call distraction.

I love UHCL bookstore. From my freshman year up to now everything was fine, great service and everything. I ordered 2 textbooks I did not need so I returned it. I called 3 times asking for a refund and they said I would get it. 2 weeks go by and nothing. No refund no nothing it’s ridiculous how many timed I had to email and call them. So irritating.

Terrible experience. Due to the recent weather (hurricane), my purchases through the bookstore have not yet been processed. Now this is taking way to long. I've ordered the very first week of class and I have not received any information on when it will be finished processing. In the meantime, half of my professors are not being lenient despite covid-19 & the hurricane. That being said, if professors aren't understanding of situation, I as a student should not be understanding of the situation of my purchases being late, when I am being awarded zeros on my assignment. There is no excuse for this. This is beyond unacceptable customer service. We are not being compensated for our time, money, and grades. Inexcusable.

No confirmation or update on my purchases. I am unable to finish my assignments due to this. It is affecting my grades and my professors are not waiting for me. Some of my quizzes are online and only accessable through an online access code, a code I have not received. It shouldn't take long to process something as simple as an access code. I'm not allowed to turn in late assignments and I have zeros thanks to this.

Yeah it's expensive, but that's always the risk you run with school bookstores, BUT the staff is awesome. Students at the desks were very helpful to me and I was able to make that trip very fast. Thanks guys!

This place is now owned by Follette. We are currently working with Google to update the page. Normal hours are from 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Thurs. Rush weeks are from 8:00am-8:00pm, Mon-Thurs. Friday hours are constantly 8:00am-2:00pm. Sorry for the confusion.

They have Pocky! Strawberry Pocky, Chocolate Pocky.... Okay besides that! The bookstore on campus provides excellent customer service and help. In addition, they had everything I needed to start the semester! Thanks!

This was my only visit to this bookstore since my primary school is UHV. I had to take one class since it wasn't available at my location. The store is well organized and the staff was pleasant. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
