UFC gym in the heights is the best! It’s always clean, organized, and the staff are the sweetest. Shoutout Taylor. Equipment is always available and I can literally pull up at any time of the day without worrying about crowds or parking. I hate writing this review because that means more people will want to join but it’s fine, I won’t gatekeep + I’m giving credit where credit is due

Taylor was very informative on the phone and answered all my questions. Because of her being so kind and helpful I decided not to try any other facilities and came in to sign for a 3 -day introductory.

I have access to this gym through my insurance program called OnePass select and I really like it. My only suggestion is to up the tier from classic to standard. Right now it’s classic tier and you can access the gym and group classes except for the ones that are MMA or boxing conditioning classes in the bag room, or HIIT classes on turf. I would rather it be a standard level gym instead of classic and just include all classes. I often have a hard time distinguishing what’s included and what not. Hopefully the owner sees this.

Coach Manny and Coach Shelby and the rest of the crew are great at helping me and my family reach our fitness goals! Great hours, extremely clean and great equipment and classes for every level. Management is above and beyond helpful and welcoming. Amazing community vibe!

Carson is a really great kick boxing instructor he’s high energy but at the same time will answer all your questions he keeps you motivated and makes sure your technique is correct so you don’t hurt yourself and also learn proper form from the beginning. It was one hell of a workout and lots of fun! You will sweaaaat and have fun doing it!

A huge shoutout to Taylor, the manager, who is hands down the kindest person ever! 😊 She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that every member has an incredible experience. Whether it’s helping answering questions, or just checking in on members, Taylor is involved in every aspect of the gym and ensures everything is always top-notch. Go check them out!

This is a great gym! I was visiting Houston from California, and this location definitely met some of the standards I am used to from a UFC gym. Clean with a wide range of workout equipment and a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this location to others!
