From initial contact with Ruben through final repairs and pick up, it was a 5 star experience from the estimate , expectations, follow up messages regarding progress to picking up a flawless repair. There's no one I would recommend over them...I've 100% trust in US Auto Connection...the driver front and side was demolished and now without evidence

These guys are fantastic. I never thought they would match the paint on my Alfa Romeo because of the unique color but it actually came back perfect! And very fairly priced too

I can’t explain how much stress this company caused / a hardship I shouldn’t have had to cover. After an accident that I wasn’t at fault for it was towed to this shop. Everything was covered by the insurance, no deductible ect. Rental for up to 30days.
To begin the shop didn’t even look at my car for 3 weeks. I would call 3x a week to ask for progress and they would say they hadn’t even looked at it. After that 3 weeks they said they were waiting for it to be towed into the shop from their lot “across the street”.
From here they had to order a fuel pump, got it in, found it was faulty, got another one, and installed it. All this took one week. They call to let me know I can come pick it up. Cool I’m out of time, I ask nothing else was wrong and the comment I got was “well the AC doesn’t work but I assume it didn’t work before”. BRO I LIVE IN HOUSTON it’s 100+ most days YES my ac worked. No im not coming to get it, FIX MY CAR. They proceed to sit on it for 2 more weeks while im coming out of pocket to pay for a rental after they dropped the ball.
Keep in mind I called insurance begging for an extension on the rental and they declined it because the REPAIR company dropped the ball. Their words. After 2 weeks they say “you were just out of freeon”. So I paid for a rental for 2 weeks waiting on that?! Get my car, drive it for 2 days and the AC stops again. Sure enough bring it back in and there is a leak. THEY cover the rental for the next 2 days while it gets repaired. Go figure they repair stuff ASAP when they are floating the rental bill.
All in all I’m out $500 for a rental and my car is still having issues I just can’t afford to miss more work.

This is simply the best place in town for body repairs. I'm a repeat customer and my pride and joy Lexus looks better than ever. I was in a major collision during COVID- it took a while for parts to come in, but in the end, the car was back to beautiful. Recently, hurricane Beryl did some significant cosmetic damage to the hood and bumper. Once again, they've brought it back to new. The paint job and quality work can't be beat. David is communicative and very easy to work with. I highly recommend!

I had a great experience with US Auto Connection. I had a ding on my bumper from a hit and run and they restored it to just like new! Rueben provided excellent customer service also and kept me updated about the progress of my repairs! They even ordered a bolt cover for one that was misplaced during the repair. I appreciate the attention to small details!

Repaired bumper cover that was not secure due to loss of clips. Wonderful experience with U.S. Auto Connection as took great care to ensure cover was fully reattached to car in a timely manner.
