Renovated not too long ago and the building itself looks a lot better. They removed all the street trees, though... now it's even hotter to walk here in the summer. Pedestrians lose again... I thought Hines knew better?

How a place is allowed to operate with no air conditioning for employees or customers makes no sense in Texas in this day and age. This location has zero AC for the employees who are working.
