Renovated not too long ago and the building itself looks a lot better. They removed all the street trees, though... now it's even hotter to walk here in the summer. Pedestrians lose again... I thought Hines knew better?

How a place is allowed to operate with no air conditioning for employees or customers makes no sense in Texas in this day and age. This location has zero AC for the employees who are working.

Great place as a corporation, the will drive and determination is emence and the work compacity that is put on here can run the world with all the other corporate level offices involved I salute all the corps and may we all be well.
