Worst movers ever. Damaged my property, took months to charge me (I thought because they'd fix the damages) and then just decided to charge the full amount and forget about my damages. How convenient. Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff, especially a Fernanda Barney.

I used Two Men And A Truck to move some items from the office to a storage unit today and first, Chriss(Christine) was so pleasant to work with and called me so quickly after I put in a request online. My movers arrived on time, and their names were Jaron, Mike, Kentae (I’m so terribly sorry if I butchered the spelling of your names!!) They were fast, professional, and SO helpful and nice. I’ve had to use movers before and never had as good as an experience as I’ve had with this company. I’m moving in a few months and 100% plan to use this company again, and hopefully can request the same movers. Thank you again to the three gentlemen that helped!

Don’t trust calling this number for this specific location. I setup a move and after my move I find out they are actually setup in Sugarland. Understandably, they charge for time to/from their office, but don’t disclose they will charge 1.5-2 hours to get into the city. I would recommend hiring someone actually in city limits if you’re moving within the city.

If you need a moving company these people at Two Men and a Truck - Humble do great work. They just moved my friend Jen Scogin. They took very good care of her possessions and did really great work. Alexis, their boss is very knowledgeable and dedicated.

I am so incredibly impressed with Two Men and a Truck! My move team went above and beyond to be flexible when an elevator was out of service and we had to wait for it to be repaired. I cannot believe how patient, kind, and efficient my move team was! Office team was also extremely professional and excellent at follow-up.

Did not use this company. They initally quoted me a reasonable price, and the very next day ... they increased it by $200!Really bad business deal.

I have never had poorer customer service than from any company. I questioned 2 items on the final bill (I questioned the hours- think they padded some & questioned that I ordered & didn't get boxes (huge hassle as I couldn't pack up the last of my stuff & had to borrow a friend's truck to deal with it). So I questioned the bill and basically the response was "you're stupid ". I can't believe that the franchisee (Tom Murray) would speak to a customer like that. I have used this company for 4 times in many years. I won't use it again. I was insulted for asking a question. I will say that the movers did an acceptable job. But I won't accept being belittled for asking a question.

I had a great experience. We had to relocate to another storage facility and it was crazy because the entire facility was damaged by a tornado. There was no parking and only one elevator. However, we made it work and everything was fine. Would recommend and used them again.

I am giving one star because my furniture was damaged during the move. One of the three movers they sent wasn’t very good which resulted in damage to a furniture item as well as surface dirt on my sofa. I filed a claim and never received any resolution. I won’t be using this company again and they were more expensive than their competitors.

I am usually very hesitant to spend money on something I can do myself. We needed to move our one bedroom apartment to a new house 30 min away here in Houston. Because of the heat and lack of time to perform the move, I reached out to a few places to see about hiring a moving company. Everyone price was somewhat close but I really liked when Two Men and a Truck said I would have some coverages if something broke. I ultimately hired Two Men and a Truck to do our move. THESE WAS ONE OF THE BEST DECISION I HAVE MADE IN A LONG TIME!!! These guys were awesome. They called me right on time when they were departing to drive to my apartment. They arrived right on schedule. They absolutely worked their tails off and did a amazing job. Jesus, Miguel, and Rahym were all absolutely professional, courteous, and extremely hard working. They did not take breaks and worked very efficiently, loading up all of our belongings. They even had a few larger boxes to put misc. things in that would not fit very well into the boxes I had. Serious, hire this company to do your move. Its not as expensive as you think and its well worth the reduced stress level. Do your part as the consumer, keep them hydrated, buy them lunch, and tip them well. They will save your back and your time. Greg

Our guys were top notch! They were prompt. They were polite. They were super polite and exceedingly helpful. Moving in Texas...in August! Would enthusiastically recommend Two Men and a Truck (Sugar Land) and would use again. Many thanks to Robert, Miguel, and Tim!
