It might not be a Whole Food Store, or even an HEB, but it's the convenience of it being in the neighborhood where people can buy milk, juice, bread, some meats. And it has been at that location for over 20 some years. It serves the community. It is not a Walmart superstore, but you can get the simple things that you need in order to make a decent meal.
