Horrible customer service!! I came in hauling 2 only my kids at an early morning appointment. I didn’t have my insurance ID so I asked if the front desk personnel can look it up, she tells me she would need the ID #, after standing there for about 10mins trying to reach my husband & the insurance company I wasn’t having luck & asked if she could look it up with my name/DOD/social. She tells me NO & that it’s now been 10mins past my appointment & I would need to reschedule. Never have I had a doctors office unable to lookup insurance & put their customers through hell to find it and to then cancel my appointment because I simply can’t find it even though I was on time for my appointment. I was going to be a new patient but they definitely lost my business!!! Americas Best was able to look up my insurance information in less than 2 seconds.

Hours say they are open til 5 on Saturday. Arrived at 4:25 and as I was walking up to the door, she got up and locked it. No explanation or nothing.

This was my first time here at this location. The staff very friendly and welcoming and the eye doctor is very professional .and knowledgeable . I highly recommend this office . Couldn’t ask for more. I will be definitely coming back . Thank you everyone there . You guys are awesome and amazing.

I just seen Dr. Tony Tran on Dec 27th 2022.I have nothing but praise for Dr. Tony and his Support Staff. Who I believe is as important as the Doctor.Dr. Tony found a couple of possible problems with one of my eyes. He was able to "***** it down for me So I could understand the problem. And made sure I have my follow up appointment scheduled.Then One of the ladies helped me pick out the right glasses. I almost picked one that was to big for my face. So I appreciate that save a lot.So if you're in the Champions/Willowbrook area this is the place to get your eyes checked.You won't be disappointed.

This location requires face masks even if you are fully vaccinated! It's 2022 and this is ridiculous. We have been going here for 8 years but TSO has now lost our business since they do not promote freedom!

TERRIBLE!! The front desk need to go through a customer care course , especially Daisy .She was very rude , no customer service skills at all . Not only that but they don’t even call to go over your benefits you have to call them to see what the coverage will be and how much your copayment will be .

This place is amazing. They were friendly, the doctor was funny, and the front desk was very helpful. They don't try to bully you into buying the most expensive glasses. They do a very thorough eye exam with state of the art technology and the doctor has a good way of explaining exactly where your eye health is, I highly recommend them.

I had a absolutely amazing experience here, everyone was so amazing, things run smoothly and the manger is outstanding she went to great lengths causing me to want to come back anytime, it is the best experience I’ve had at any eye doctor in the last 22 years!
