Seriously the worst banking experience ever. We are a booster club and were switching officers on the account. Every person had to go in and sign which is fine, but they wouldn't give a single person access to the account until ALL of them had come in to sign. We didn't have this problem at Wells Fargo. Then on top of it, they did not have us fill out the paperwork for us to get debit cards which means we can't access the account online until we get that since you have to have a debit card to do mobile banking. Now each person has to go back into the branch and fill out the paperwork and I'm sure they will tell me that all three of us need to do it before they can send out cards. You have to go through the drive-thru to make deposits which is so archaic. On top of it, they have literal bankers' hours. Mon - Fri 8 - 5. For those of us that actually work (everyone in our group), it makes it near impossible to find time to get to the bank to do things. I've been on multiple booster clubs and this has by far been the worst banking experience ever! I know our sports booster pulled our account from them last year since it was so dysfunctional. Do not go with them, they may be nice people but their operations suck.

I am new to the area, here for work and live in a hotel. I needed quarters for laundry, so found the closest bank. I walked in just before closing and the man who sits in the first office to the right of the entrance was awful to me. He yelled at me from his desk, "what do you need?!" He didn't hear my reply so he yelled again, banging his hand on the desk as he said each word. The man didn't even stand to greet, or show any sign that he would treat me with respect. I do not have an account with this bank, so I was denied service. I could not get quarters for laundry because I do not have an account. If my first impression tells anyone anything about this bank, it is simple - don't go in!
