WORST banking experience and customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Nyah Bouldin lied and was very unprofessional. Currently sitting here waiting for the branch manager to “come back from running errands” so that I can close my account that I just opened a month ago.

First time I walked in this branch, feel like home, Friendly and professional staff, welcoming with a smile on their faces. Lilibeth Trigo, Manger of the bank , she's an very professional and knowledgeable, she walked out of her office with a smile on her face and Welcoming me for the first time , She did make sure I was well take care of and they did take care me from the moment I walked into the bank , all the process of the opening a account get done very smoothly with supervision of Lilibeth. She did answered all of my questions. I feel very secure, and comfortable to put my business account and personal checking in such an good hands and bank. Yes ,I absolutely recommend this bank. Make sure talk to the branch manager if you have any questions, She's an awesome, very knowledgeable, perfessional and trustworthy. Great customer service and management means great perfessional skill.

because they have an employee that is or have someone on her time line hacking my FB page ,her name is Shavondra Osborne, her ir tjose that she had on her facebook page weretaking pages from my timeline and i had to go to the phone store to have them fix the problem so my page will not be reavealed to the public, that is how i got rid of them.

dumbest thing I ever heard. stopped to cash a check and they say the person that verifies checks is out to lunch @ 1:30 on a Friday. talk about stupid. nothing convenient about that.

This Trustmark National Bank branch was not helpful at all with cashing a payroll check from one of its own business/commercial account customers.
