This lady isn’t amazing, never could give me a up front quote, the appointment was with Trina not Shanda, I was told I had a lot going on with my taxes which I didn’t , I wanted deposit but was given a paper check, her attitude was horrible and stank, I was asking people there what was she charging and they stated $2000- $4000, this is insane, I don’t deal with demons and evil spirits, lastly if you want her taking alot of your tax dollars go on over there, my co worker referred me to her tax guy, I met with him yesterday, he was nice and kind and he looked at my taxes and laughed and stated he could do a better job for the years to come and won’t take that kind of money from me, larger refund= more money Trina gets and god sees all you do and don’t do !! Period?????

I have been coming to Trina T for 4+ years. She has never been nothing short of amazing! If I have questions, I ask and she does not hesitate to answer. She is very welcoming and also just a people's person. She is very personable and relatable. I honestly wish I would have met her sooner, but I'm grateful to have her. Very uptight and non friendly environment. She gave me a quote way lower than what I usually get or can even get by filing myself. Find someone else yall. This lady is rude and a joke. Don't waste ya time here.
