Do not use this company! They are a bunch of dishonest, money-hungry scammers.
I called and asked about the service and was not 100% sure if I needed to proceed with the process. When the secretary asked me for my card details to proceed with the process, I specifically asked if I would get my money back if I called to cancel, and she said yes.
Less than an hour later, I called to cancel the appointment and again made sure that they wouldn't take any money from me. The secretary changed her tune and said that it is all handled on a case-to-case basis.
When I received a refund, they held on to 50% of the money. So apparently it is in their terms and conditions, that you only receive once you make an appointment at which point they already had your card details and charged you for that.
Complete scam in my opinion.

They are thieves . Once they had my card info they tried charging additional fees when I refused they said because I verbally agreed to their terms (which I never heard or saw) they would keep $80 . Don’t use this service they will offer a great price but once you hand over your card info they will tell you there are additional outrageous fees

If I could rate Travel Visa Pro(TVP) at more than 5 stars I would. I was about to Naturalize as US Citizen with a pre-booked international trip happening exactly one week from the day of my ceremony. This trip was also happening on Memorial Day long weekend with the news outlets reporting that weekend as expected to be one of the busiest travel times of the year.
Having explained the situation to TVP a few weeks in advance, they helped me formulate a game plan ahead of time. They showed me exactly what to do before and after I got my citizenship certificate.
Getting a passport done up that quickly and especially just before such a demanding weekend for the travel seemed like an impossible feat. Even in my moments of doubt, the TVP team constantly re-assured me that I’ll get my passport against all these odds. As promised, I got my passport right on schedule and they have certainly made me a believer!
I’d recommend TVP to anyone who needs their passport or visa quickly!

Awesome...painless, easy, and quick. I needed travel visas to China for a planned vacation for both my daughter and me and soon found out the Chinese Embassy in Washington would require any processed visas to be pick up at their embassy and does not mail back any visas and/or your passports (This would be problem since I'm located in Texas). Lucky after some research I settled on Travel Visa Pro. Everything was straight forward and easy and within three weeks I had both visas and passports in hand and ready for my trip. I selected to drop-off and pickup the paperwork myself rather then sending via FedEx as there was a local Travel Visa Pro office in my City.

I have been using Travel Visa Pro for over 10 years now for my Russian Visa. It is now 2024 and I was afraid I would have issues, but no, all good. Another Russian Visa in hand :)

I can’t say enough good things about Travelvisapro. Their customer representatives are excellent particularly Karen and Annalyn. They went above and beyond to help me get my son an expedited passport. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and very responsive.

I was so nervous when starting the whole visa process but Linda Jackson from Houston, TX location turned everything around and made it to be an exciting stress-free time for me! A mother of four children, I'll take that any day of the week! Because of Linda's soft tone and encouraging words my heart is at ease. She was mindful of my time, very patient with all my questions, and very detailed when it came to each step moving forward!
