We was lied to by US Moving and Household of Florida and I was told that a Vanguard Moving truck was coming to Texas and I could get a cheap move to Alabama and it never happened. That was a waste of 2 thousands dollars and I never heard back from them. I did not know who was moving us until the morning of the move. I was supposed to move on Monday and it was Thursday when TR Moving finally got a truck big enough to move us. I have two items damage and I cannot get the money to replace them. I learned a GRAVE lessen in moving. GO WITH A FIRST RATE MOVING COMPANY AND SAVED YOURSELF A LOT OF HEADACHES AND MONEY,

Just say NO!! Colonial Van line review JKKK moving Company (formerly TR Moving I was e convinced after making contact with Lauren, the sales person for Colonial Van Line, that I found a reputable moving company, however, after confirming the move, the rest of the communication with the customer service person was awful. The movers arrive on Saturday, 2/18, and gave no indication that they were NOT going to be delivering my furniture (out of state) any time soon. First, I was surprised to find that the company contracted out the moving service to a third party (JKKK movers from Houston). My furniture was loaded onto an already full truck, which meant that the trunk should have been ready to go. I was informed that the delivery would be within 3 days......Well, that certainly was not the case. The Colonial representative, Vanessa, was, in my opinion, not informed with answers for my delivery from the "agent" (JKKK moving Co). I felt that I had to call daily for an update on the 2/20/2/28 window. Their final response was that the agent did not have the drivers to make the move. One driver was on the East Coast and the other was out West. Only two drivers!!!! Really! I will never use or recommend Colonial and/or JKKK ever. I could elaborate on the non professional conversations but the end result was that they delivered on 3/6, 10 days beyond the due date. There was compensation of $30 a day beyond the delivery date. They had no problem getting my payment processed. I believe that the accountability for the lack of professionalism is a major concern. I had a few damaged picture frames, a broken glass lamp shade, missing items. JKKK, the moving company in Houston, will rate 0 out of 10. No apology, no acknowledgement for damaged or missing items and certainly no accepting responsibility.

Complete scam artists. They used a fraudulent broker (JB HUNT MOVERS who misrepresented themselves as the national freight company) to get my business in the first place. They now have everything I own plus most of the payment (they insist on cash, huge red flag). I have been calling them every day for two months now to arrange final delivery, nobody answers the phone or returns my calls. The only person I have ever talked to in the entire company was the driver who picked up my stuff and is now holding it hostage who will occasionally answer a text message with empty promises.

It is a shame these guys are getting 1 star reviews. They are getting hit on the quotes, but my experience with the quote was because of a shady broker, not TR. TR was awesome to me. They delivered the same week of my move. They kept me informed about the process, times and payment. They only accept cash at delivery, which they told me in advance several times, so I was prepared. They handled a pretty big move for me that also contained a good deal of fragile items, and not a single bit of damage, even old paintings. (This was not my experience with my 2 other long distance moves.) Every member of the team was friendly and just really pleasant to work with.

I will second the prior reviews of this company being dishonest and crooks! They were hired by Quality Express Van Lines to move some items for us and told us they would deliver within 2 weeks, well 4 weeks later they decide to deliver. Now they don't like our form of payment and are refusing to deliver our items. I spoke with Tim at TR Moving and he is the most disrespectful and rude person I have every spoken with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company AT ALL! DO NOT USE!

During our recent cross country move we called JB Hunt Movers and they contracted this company, without informing us it would not be actual JB Hunt Movers completing the job. Prior to agreeing to contract with JB Hunt, an estimate was given based on square footage of the home, amount of things that needed to be packed, and travel distance. The first frustration was this estimate was nowhere near accurate and the final total cost ended up being almost triple the initial JB Hunt estimate, as TR Moving Systems pricing scale varied greatly from JB Hunt's. Upon arrival of TR Moving Systems I could tell they were in a hurry and did not want to do their job with care. Due to this, many of our important/irreplaceable belongings were broken and severely damaged (furniture, china, lamps, dishes, pictures, etc.). The TR moving rep convinced us the insurance was worth purchasing, which added yet another additional cost, but when we tried to file a claim for broken items we were not given a reimbursement and found several intentional loop holes to prevent reimbursement. Do not use this company as they are crooks, dishonest, and unprofessional!!! Be careful if going through JB Hunt and ask for a different company if they try to contract the move with TR Movers.

Bad news travels fast but good news doesn't. Tr moving systems has been great. I relocated from Maryland to Texas and my belongings got to me in 2 weeks. I'm truly thankful for the owner and his staff they made me feel comfortable and I was estates about nothing being broken. All my antiques were wrapped properly.... thanks so much. When I move to Vegas I will book them again.

Zero stars. Not only did they show up e days late, hut they stole more than $10k worth of stuff and then offered us $120. HA. Much of the stuff that actually made it to us was very damaged, too. Went to arbitration and won, but it's been 2 months and they still haven't paid. Next step is getting a lawyer. Tim is completely worthless and unreliable.

We didn't know we were hiring this company. Beware of We-Pack who lies and tells you they have their own fleet and will take care of it all themselves. You do not know they are a brokerage until another company like TR moving systems shows up. They are scamming people together, undoubtedly. Our story is full of proof in the form of photos, videos, and text messages with Tim.. we had a multi stop move from Houston Texas, Odessa Texas to Longmont Colorado. We paid 17,000.00 for this move. They showed up 5 days after our expected move time. We were promised a 52 foot tractor trailer and June 30th they decided to split it into 26ft box trucks. A crew was sent to our temp home in Odessa, wthat was the most inappropriate and unprofessional crew you could imagine.. cussing, screaming, telling me to mind my own business and then throwing trash from the truck into our parking lot. This insane woman locked herself in the moving truck and I did her job. We paid for them to pack. They showed up with no packing supplies and we had to buy them and pack ourselves, as well as haul everything down the steps ourselves to meet our time frame. Tim promised this woman would be dropped off at a bus station and would not be at our new home in Colorado. They called 5 mins before arrival and did she was with them and if we wanted our stuff she had to come. We naturally said whatever but she better not show her a*** They showed up in a DOT vehicle without a proper license and with drugs in the truck and were smoking weed sitting on a bucket in our driveway. The three crew members managed to get in a huge fight over food in our driveway... garage... home.. street and were screaming obscene things over the phone and at one another. While they fought my husband and I unwrapped and assembled everything, carried things in. Just as we had to inassemble and help them wrap things in Odessa. We were exhausted and over it all. The truck from storage in Houston never arrived. We were suddenly unable to contact We-Pack and Tim would not answer any calls or messages. It has been 35 days and we had to take action today. They RUINED a move we've planned for 9 years to our dream destination. They have stolen a entire 26ft truck of our personal belongings. We are paying out of pocket, just like we did to pack our own things, to replace things we HAD to have. I reported to DOT, Houston Police, FMCSA and have contacted 4 Houston media outlets to investigate the fraudulent actions of these two companies, today. My patience has run out. I gave them the opportunity to tell me where our things were and make this right again this morning. They are too busy to answer questions. I'm done being nice. I don't know how people like them sleep at night. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are TRASH!!! They will steal from you, ruin the already stressful process of moving and not communicate AT ALL with the concerned consumer. From ownership down the line these people have all proven to be unprofessional and horribly behaved. The address listed as a business on the contract is a apartment in Houston. Make sure you are not using a BROKERAGE!! I believe it's a effort from both companies to steal your belongings. The reviews all over the internet show both companies to be fraudulent scammers and I hope we can SHUT THEM DOWN.. With a team of attorneys and my undying desire to never see this happen to anyone else.. we WILL accomplish something here! I'll update to help you all with the same process!!

Do NOT by any means use this company. My friend had the worst experience with the movers showing up 8 hours late, giving her the run around on updates for her stuff being moved, lying and falsifying documents, and still OVER charging her in the end. And after everything she ended up having to drive across the country moving the belongings on her own only to find some of her belongings missing and damaged. They're extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs, I don't know how they're still in business. This is a scam, take your business and money elsewhere. This place has a consistent record of AWFUL reviews for a reason.

WORST COMPANY PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF THE ANGER. This company is a scam and I hope the cops raid their place and shut this down. Until then the customer has no rights. They hold your stuff hostage until you pay them cash. Everything they said would happen was a complete lie. This was the worst business experience I have ever had. These people are CRIMINALS. DO NOT USE TR MOVING SYSTEMS IF YOU WANT YOUR STUFF TO NOT BE BROKEN!!!!!! DO NOT USE TR MOVING SYSTEMS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

ZERO stars!!! Worst experience ever constant run around no communication and get this you can't talk to a supervisor ever. They don't have numbers and are never in the office. My advice avoid them like the plague. We've been sleeping on the floor for 3 weeks now kids missed two weeks of school because of them. I had to spend extra time and money to get what was needed to be able to get them in school because I shipped everything with them on the truck thinking they'd miss a week tops. My things came today one box was missing the tape others were smashed beyond belief. My roaster oven box was so smashed it was ridiculous. That was a new item I got for Christmas and I can't even use it because it's now broke so my boyfriend just spent $70+ on something we can't even use now.
