Yesterday, as I walked through the doors, it was like walking into a magical place. It is not unlike the quaint specialty stores we only see on Hallmark movies, and honestly took a few minutes to focus because the well-organized merchandise is neatly arranged from floor to almost ceiling. @ ToysandCandyonthePark is a delight to this grandmother’s senses! It is filled with books, educational toys, arts and crafts, STEM, Magna-Tiles, games, unique puzzles for children and adults, a small collection of curated stuff animals, candy to eat, candy to gift, dolls, kites, and so much more! If there are children in your life, this place will be the perfect solution for finding wonderful gifts. It was well worth the trip from The Woodlands to shop here!!! [Side note: The lower ratings seem to dwell on "nobody spoke to me because.......". I go into plenty of stores that do not have "greeters" at the door. (ie: Hallmark, Kirklands, etc) Don't let those reviews influence you because they are not worthy of the space they are written on.]

I just talked to Bex. She says she's the manager but she didn't seem too concerned that they wrapped gifts for my FIVE grand-sons and put the multiple gifts into the wrong bags. What was the point of me separating all the gifts into bags (with each name on the bag) if the girls, wrapping gift, are just going to place the gifts into any bag? I have now had to remove the wrapping paper to see each gift, wrap it back up and place it into the correct bag. What if I had not checked? I had a bad feeling they were careless and this is why I checked. I also stepped outside the store to give them plenty of time to wrap. But when I returned the girls saw me and started rushing around to wrap the gifts. They also did a poor job wrapping...little care was put into wrapping. I will buy a gift somewhere else next time, place it into a bag and put tissue paper around. The gift wrapping is a nice touch and it's one reason I pay more to shop here. But I will not be back anytime soon. I need to get the bad taste out before we come back...if we come back.

If you want overpriced candy then this is the place to go. Not a lot of selection but the price you pay will definitely be more than the value of what you received.

We live Tiys & Candy On the Park! Such great gifts and so many fun toys to find. The book section is a perfect addition too. And the candy/chocolate area is delicious! I love that they have alot of sugar free options as well.

Two ladies were chatting by the register.. did not acknowledge me and make me feel welcome. Most items were a bit pricey. I'll purchase what I wanted elsewhere.

They are very friendly and helpful with a large variety of toys. They also have several learning toys for the kids. And as a grandparent I like their assessment of candy.

My 5 yr old daughter loved this toy shop. Awesome toys, gadgets, board games, and Kool book/library selection. Nothing so much for teenagers in my opinion, but 12 and under would absolutely love it. Go check it out yah!!

Nice store. But I felt that my husband and I as African American did not get as much attention as others in the place. We were standing at the chocolate candy area for over 10 minutes and no one. But a lady who was Caucasian Lady came over and she was met very quick

This was the worst costumer service my husband and I ever had. My 2 year old was thrilled to get a 2 dollar lolly pop. I had recently had my card used fraudulently so all I had was Apple Pay. The young lady at the register didn’t even look at me when she told me it was down and just said sorry. I emphasized to her that your going to break a little toddler heart. When he saw this his eyes lit up and he was already heading out the door satisfied ready to go home. So you can imagine how it was when I said no. The costumer service was so cold I wasn’t even given the option to go check if I had change in my car or send them venmo or other sources of 2 dollars. She didn’t even look up and said sorry what do want me to do. It was just sad and horrible costumer service that old hurt a little human heart. If I could give 0 stars I would.
