The rooms were up-to-date. Stove and the ability to prepare food was convenient. Location or the exit to the hotel is challenging due to the traffic. The exit before is much safer to get to the hotel.

I booked a room for 7 nights. The first day i was shocked seeing a rat in the washroom. Last night my room was full of bugs even on the towels they gave me. I spoke to the front desk they told me that they will refund me one night but this didn’t happen then they gave me the manager’s email. ( Jessica) but she never replied to my emails.

Great room as far as location. 10 minutes from downtown. When driving through the area you can tell it's rough.Breakfast was terrible. Same thing two days in a row. Breakfast Ends at 9:30am but they pull everything at 9am. The pull out beds are trash and thin as paper. Forgot to take a pic before moving rooms. Sinks are stopped up, in two rooms on two different floors, different sides of the building so could be an issue all around. House cleaning doesn't clean. Just takes trash and brings towels. Explains the roach we saw one night ??♀️. Walls are thin and you could hear the freeway all night if you're on that side. It's really bad, but I guess you have to expect that with it being right off the freeway.Book at your own risk. Or spend a little more to have something better. The one next door looks nice, but don't know anything about it. Solora or something like that.

It's got to be pretty bad for me to get on here and type out a review.... but here we go. For starters if all you want to know is this: it's literally on an interstate. The road noise is SO LOUD you can't even hear your phone/tv. I sleep with earbuds in and I could hear the cars all night over my earbuds. It pretty much sounds like the windows are open. It's horrible. The carpets in the hallways and rooms are crazy dirty. Like super stained. I expected more from TownePlace. I overnight ALOT and I can usually pick a good hotel. But this one is a swing and a miss. I have a rental car and it's 8 dollars a day to park in the lot. There's homeless people camping 1 block away, so hope your car has a loud alarm. My room also smells like statist sour milk. Like maybe the ac leaked onto the carpet and they never cleaned it up, idk. The furniture is nice though. If it was only a little dirty I could see past saying something. But the road noise is so bad it's giving me a headache. When you book in this area, check the map. Most of the hotels are right next to this road. Pay 50 more a night and stay farther away. You'll thank me at 3am.

Location was on the "rough" part of town so I felt a bit uneasy during my stay. It didn't help that there was a ton of guys all around the place. Location did have tons of eateries and shopping nearby. Price was decent. Hotel exterior like new and well-kept. However, the rooms were poorly cleaned- I switched rooms and this was still the case. Surfaces and couches were heavily stained in apron to the comforter. There was also long, brown strains of brown hair found on a pillow, in the commode, and on the comforter. Walls were very thin as well as if you were outside still. Also, I'm not sure what it is, but every time I was in my room, I had a coughing and sneezing fit. Something to do with the smell/scent of the room. I did love the shower, water stayed hot forever. The layout of the room was nice as well. Beds were comfy.

Ok for one the location for the airport is great, the location for trying to sleep is TERRIBLE. The road noise is unreal…. All night long. Add on to that the person above us that apparently doesn’t sleep but just stomps around. The service was fine and the room was clean. Randomly missing a TV in the family room though. I lay here now in the bed after being kept up all night by traffic and a party animal.

Booked and paid for 2 nights in January. Check in is 3pm. We arrived February 29 at 3:50p after a 4 hour drive. No one was at front desk. When she arrived, she had our information incorrect. She said our room was not ready. After a half hour of waiting we went to desk, again no one was there. When she came out she said they were fully booked. A room was still not ready. At 5:20 they finally said a room on the first floor was ready. Room 104. The actual room was nice. The location of the room is awful. We may have pitched a tent on the freeway. I could sleep in the bedroom even with earplugs. At 2:30a a high speed chase with sirens. In the morning, the bathtub shower is very very slow to drain. The hair dryer, which I needed to get when we finally got the room, did not work. I went to front desk again, no one there. Finally another guest found someone to get the manager; she showed up. She needed to go to another room, empty, to get one. When I asked to be moved for our next night she said they were fully booked. Interesting the guest before me had a list of rooms that were checking out, some still staying and 3 rooms which were a no show. The other guest even said those people never showed so the rooms were NOT used. So I asked if we could have room someone checked out of. AGAIN the answer we fully booked. I mentioned we had paid in full in January. Then she said it was first come first serve. I told we are here. Long story we checked out and moved to the Doubletree. Marriott should be ashamed. We will also be contacting Southwest to remove this off their preferred list.

I was here working nights at the nearby airport for a week. Firstly, this is NOT a quiet hotel. Second, it was 5 am and I went to fill my water bottle with filtered water from the gym. There was a guy sleeping in the gym, and it wasn’t until I left that I realized the guy sleeping there was the guy who usually works the front desk at night!!Rooms: Noisy. Housekeeping smacks their vacuums against the floorboards while they clean.Walkability: 0% walkability.

Down the street from Hobby airport. Byron at the front desk has been AMAZING!!! He has been very informative about activities and food spots for my friend and I on our visit. No complaints about my room. Double queen, kitchenette, and bathroom. I would say I would prefer if they had a fan in the bathroom. The breakfast seemed on thr small side from what I'm use to, but it served its purpose. Downtown is about 20 mins away, Katy is about 30, and Pearland is 15-20 minutes away. I enjoyed that the hotel was quite and always very clean. There's a pool outside, doesn't go to deep and there's a gym. Wish there was a restaurant on site, but other than that, I've enjoyed my stay!

My tub wasn't holding water so I called for someone to fix it... was told they would have someone take a look at it the following day... They never came.... I called..they said they would have someone come see about it....And still, no one... when I called, they told me they forgot to tell me that the maintenance went home for the day.... Wow. Not okay

I booked the wrong dates for this hotel by mistake and when I got there Marcus was able to resolve the problem. Room was very spacious and clean. Hotel serves hot breakfast and options were different both days we were there which was nice. Lots of amenities including grills outdoors for guests to use. Both Marcus and Anna were a pleasure and make our check-in/check-out process smooth. Will come back to this one again when in Houston, TX!!

Great placeI'm a rewards member with extended checkout. However, housekeeping continues to knock on my door, waking me up every 15 minutes until I go outside to address them. They were extremely loud in the hallway and made my stay a disaster.

Basic rooms with basic amenities. The rooms were outfitted with typical appliances and small kitchen with dinnerware. Breakfast is available but not great, was good enough although.
