I ordered Hisenses 58R6e3 backlight strips and 2 of them arrived damaged I mean completely unusable and Torres is not attempting to give me a refund or fix the item even though there website claims a 30 day warranty. However this is America and Bank of America will be returning my money. But I would not buy here !!!

Not even worth my time to complain and try for a refund. Ordered parts for a TV that were missing the clips and pieces fell off. Also charged $10 for flat rate shipping. Definitely not new or refurbished. It seems like they just pick up tvs tossed on the side of the road or off an social media page where people try to give broken tvs to people to attempt to fix before they throw it away. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. Don't waste your money like I did.

Great experience with TorresTVParts. I ordered the wrong part but was able to work with customer service to return my part and get the correct one. The correct part worked great and arrived timely. Great service, fast shipping, timely responses.

Poor response to emails requesting a refund for a defective circuit board. They do not appear to implement any quality control or checks on their products. I would avoid working with these unscrupulous people at all costs. There are many other companies on the internet that can send you quality parts that work - definitely not this company.

Store is closed @ 1130am when they were supposed to be open at 9am. Of course no one answers their phone either. Drove 45min to visit this store.

Was able to find the power board I needed. It was shipped the next day & I received it 2 days later packed very well & in great condition. Replaced the board & works great ! I was skeptical at first about ordering on line but will definitely recommend this business.
