We have been going to this salon for almost 10 years now. Everyone there does an awesome job! Normally Cindy or B cut my boy's hair and it's great. We don't go anywhere else!

In an ideal scenario, the interaction at the salon should have been smoother. The employee's initial greeting was prompt but lacked clarity regarding my needs. Instead of assuming an appointment, it would have been better to ask if I had one or needed assistance. In which I didn’t therefore letting me know of the wait time, or fully committed to servicing me after I sat down on the salon chair.
However, in reality, the exchange was more disjointed. The employee's greeting was friendly, but the subsequent instruction for me to wash my own hair was unexpected and somewhat abrupt. Despite complying with the request, I was later informed by the same employee to return later or schedule an appointment due to the arrival of another customer. This inconsistency in communication left me feeling uncertain and inconvenienced. Overall, the experience fell short of providing the expected level of customer service and clarity.
Multiple attempts were made to make an appointment over the phone earlier that day to avoid this without any answer.

It was a quiet atmosphere, my stylist, Hannah was great. She cut my hair exactly as I requested. Prices are very good.

If you want a Great Fade go See B !! He did a phenomenal job on my fade and styled my hair better than I expected. Really happy with the service and great guy overall. Will definitely come back.

Absolutely love Tony's hair salon! Tim is amazing and I am never disappointed. My hair always looks amazing after seeing Tim weather for just a cut or a cut and color! Definitely will keep going back!

to be fair, I looked up lots of reviews for various places themselves but when I called Tony’s, I made a haircut appointment with the person who picked up the phone without asking for her name or asking for anyone by name. so am increasing my review from one star to 3 b/c of this. I probably made an appointment with an anonymous person in part b/c I’ve either cut my hair myself or gone to Supercuts, great clips or a family member for haircuts all my life (until this last week) but either way, it was definitely a dumb mistake I’m paying for now. ive now successfully removed the odd tail in back despite asking for it to be cut straight across in back, but there’s no changing that the longest layer is still an inch shorter than an inch below my clavicle like I asked. So either ask for someone by name with good reviews or don’t bother making an appointment here. As for me, I’m going back to cutting my hair myself.

Hannah went above and beyond on my balayage! She took time to ask me for my inspiration, shared pictures showing what she was thinking of, and then made my dreams a reality. Her attention to detail and years of experience were apparent throughout the process. I am in awe of her skill and will be back!
