WOMEN avoid this shop. They ripped me off. I spent over $800 on parts and so-called labor and my car issue was never resolved. I called to inform them that my car was doing the same as when I first brought it in, I was told that it would be $75 to look at. I went and got a second opinion from the dealership. The dealership showed me that all Tom's shop did was patch work to my car.

Took my Honda odyssey van to get checked out. Didn’t need any work. They explained the situation. Such a nice welcoming couple Kim and her husband. Will be be back just hope for a long time. Hahaha

Absolute RIP OFF!!!! My family have been taking our car to Tom’s for decades but ever since his brother in law took over they rip off customers. They take your vehicle knowing they don’t have the time to look into the issue properly. And if it’s not worth fixing compared to other vehicles, they charge a $75 diagnostic fee and send you on your way. Look at other reviews, they are making money off of diagnostic fees without fixing cars. I’m posting video of manager being unprofessional online. Any other mechanic but this one.
Update in response to owner: “fit my vehicle back in”. Why would it need to be fit back in when I brought it to you to be fixed in the 1st place. Even if you would’ve fixed the AC but you did nothing. Why would I not want my car fixed? ALL LIES!!! If this happens to anyone else report them to attorney general. You don’t deserve to name the business after Tom. Tell customers the truth upon arrival about your new charges upfront and that you’re under new management.
Update in response to owner 2: the paper also states that the fee will be waived if I allow you to fix the car of which I was not given an option because you could not repair it. Like you stated your workers were overworked, proving my point that you charge me the fee which is wrong if you can’t not repair it because I did not get the option to waive it. I’m sure you tell a lot of customers you can’t repair it after you accept their cars…SCAM!
Update 2nd mechanic diagnostic: I took my car to the dealership and the issue that Tom’s charged me for is completely incorrect. The dealership said it was the relays that needed to be replaced and a shortage in the windshield wiper motor. A completely different assessment than Tom’s. Which proved my point they never throughly looked at the car, now that I have a proof, I can take legal action.

Fantastic! 5 stars is not enough! I cannot say enough good things about this place. They were phenomenal in every way. I especially appreciate the incredible customer service. The office was updating me at every imported juncture and explaining in detail what is happening and the thought process. The work, speed, and craftsmanship was of utmost standards. No one asked me to review. I gladly and readily jumped at this opportunity to brag on this wonderful establishment. I will be back for any future needs and I highly recommend!

Brought in my 2001 ford ranger truck yesterday for an issue with my oil sensor switch after taking it to ford. Originally ford wanted to charge me a lucrative amount of money for labor. The switch is behind the motor and is reachable with a long socket extension. The reason I know is because there's videos on YT showing this. Anyhow, the dealership wanted to drag this out.
Back to what's important, I'm happy with Tom's Auto Repair. I needed to catch a break and they gave me one. Highly recommend.

This place has passed my inspections with no trouble in the past years. I have NOT changed anything to my car. I came this year, and it failed my inspection because the front window tint is too dark. I asked the front desk lady to check who had done my previous inspection and she stated she couldn’t do that .
Plus, they charged me a fee.
