Love It! Good bye Mister Carwash forever! The staff at Tommy's Express is always ready to help. Their app works. The staff at Tommy's have a positive attitude and will help me with a smile on their face. The carwash moves my car slowly and does a cleaner process. I began a monthly subscription for 50% off. Great deal for respect of my money. In my opinion, stay away from Mister Carwash they have no respect for the customer funds and no customer service skills.Go by Tommy's and get an awesome carwash.

Scratched up all my car and they don’t want to take the fault for it. I know that my car was dirty before I took it because obviously car gets dirty and that’s why you take it to the car wash. And the manager isn’t making things better.

I don't think I'll hand wash my car again. Tommy's is not conveniently located near my home, but it is worth the drive. My car looks like new after rolling through the sudsy, watery goodness of the car wash. Then, there's the free vacuums that clean the interior quite well. You don't have to be a customer to use the vacuums!Great customer service...worth every dime spent!

Rock bottom...Just take a look at my wheels after paying for the "premium" package. No wheel shine spray and still dirty. When asked about a partial refund, I was handed armor-all sponges to "do it myself", lol. Beware of this place, it's become a scam. Prices are up and services are rock bottom. Avoid at all costs....

I'm extremely upset an disappointed with the service here. I signed up last year got the promo plan. Then the weather got nasty an I paused my service an explained how I did not want to be charged for the following month since weather was ugly. I was told we could pause it. I work at Urgent Care 12 hr shifts crazy busy since it's flu season. I'm not thinking about the car, I get a notification from bank that they charged my card this month. I immediately call the Tommy Club on Wil Clayton in Atascocita. I asked them to please not charge my card and that I did not want to use the car wash yet cause weather is still bad, mind you it was raining that day I called them. I was told it would be cancelled so that I wouldn't be charged again a when ready just sign up again. I asked to be refunded since I had not been notified in advance I was going to be charged or that account was going back to active. The weather has been unpredictable since it's Houston. I asked politely to please refund me an to cancel it. since I had no plans on using it anytime soon. Customer service agent said he had to req it through manager. I waited an heard nothing . Apparently he left a voicemail which I never got. I called today an manager told me there is no refund an that I can use it till next month! I called immediately after I was charged an now manager is telling me I have to use it or not regardless I'm not getting refund. I would of gladly reactivated my account once weather was better. I work at urgent care an if I bring a pt to the back an I can not provide treatment for them I refund them more than $34. So despite I called immediately after I got alert it didn't matter. Very disappointed cause I would of reactivated my membership once weather was better. I have lived here many years an promote businesses with everyone I come in contact with. I assure you this Tommy Club is one I will not recommend to anyone. despite they don't have the extra features as some of the other car wash places I choose them because they were close to my home. Hope they enjoy my $34 an free marketing. Customer service is something I pride myself in doing, what's morally right. Some places care about the right now. Good luck with that.

cashier attitude always a disappointment, I paid $15.60. FOR A WASH , ONE SIDE OF THE CAR DID NOT WASH. NO armour on the tires. you have TO PAY for a RE-WASH simple stupid !!! On the same day. a 2pm 3 vacuums did not work I went to 3 parking stalls to find. A Vacuum that half worked. Waste of time. Go to a real car wash. And the recycled water STINKS

I had a disappointing experience at Tommy's Express® Car Wash. I arrived with my car in good condition but left with a torn back bumper. Victor, the manager, was helpful and tried to temporarily fix the issue with tape, but it was clear that the damage was more severe.When I consulted a nearby mechanic, they mentioned seeing similar damage from this car wash. However, I would advise caution with such third-party observations as they are not conclusive.Further, when I followed up with Tommy's Express about their surveillance footage, I was informed their recording equipment had been out of order for the past two days. This was frustrating, as there was no way to review what happened.Victor suggested that the car wash equipment might have reacted to my bumper not being flush with the car, but this was speculative as he hadn't seen the condition of my car prior to the wash. Most concerning, he confirmed that Tommy's Express would not be held liable for the damage.I'm now faced with contacting my insurance to resolve this issue. I urge local residents to be cautious if choosing to use this car wash.Update:As advised, I called back to speak to the Manager. Upon further discussion with him, accountability for the incident remains unresolved. The coincidence of the surveillance cameras being out of service during this time adds to my concerns about the reliability and responsibility of Tommy’s Express Car Wash. Given this experience, I have decided not to patronize them again and would advise others to consider their options carefully before using their services.
