I had a horrible experience with an employee who is an older African American lady with short brown hair (the fitting room or jewelry attendant). She was talking to other TJ Maxx employees near jewelry and shouted at me across the floor, telling me to get my daughter off the shopping cart while I was in the traveling section. First of all, my daughter was with me, and I was trying to put her in the shopping cart. She shouldn't have shouted across the store like that and needed to mind her own business. It's insulting and looked very ghetto. The other customers looked at her and shook their heads in disbelief. Employees need to enhance their customer service skills. The right thing to do would've been to come to me and tell me, not shout across the store like she's outside. Very dissatisfied.

I’m sure I wasn’t the only one who had terrible experience with the fitting room lady with the black glasses. I forgot the number tag in the fitting room so I just went back there. She shouted “Ma’am” so loudly as if I’m gonna do something. Mind you, I only got 3 clothes with me and my tiny little purse. She gave an attitude with the B face and signed as if she’s the one paying for my stuff. I’m never coming back again.

On this day 05/18/2024 i went to this branch as always the lady in the fitting room she was extremely rude & behave as if everyone are thieves. The funny part is i had no bag and waring short and top so basically easy to see i am not carrying anything, when the two other costumers came out she started shouting stop and screaming, the poor old lady got scared & i realized she has personal issues not only with me with all the costumers. U want ur store be safe. You can ask a security check receipt. u dont need to put a rude person in fitting room. Retail is about costumer service not boss and servants.

TJ Maxx doesn't carry many plus size clothing. They have also stopped carry name brand clothing, such as Tommy Hilfiger and/or Ralph Lauren/Polo...
