I went to the store today and the manger ( A bald Gentleman) helped me out so much. He helped me with my concern and was so friendly and polite. This will be the location I go to from now on.

You will always find something unique but there will never be long lines so I suggest going early when they open

Every single time the line to check out is 30 minutes long. I love the store but I dread coming here because of the lines!!! Checking out shouldn’t be this painful. It’s Saturday at noon and there are two cashiers open.

During recent bad storm on 5/16, manager or whoever while power was off in the middle of storm (tornado) kick all customers out of store while we had shelter in place. This is unacceptable- I get it you’re scared that someone might robbed your store but in a situation like that was uncalled for. Just poor customer service!!!! My brothers and all customers had to run for coverage to vehicles while shelter in place was issued. Thanked God no one was hurt while we had this tremendous tornado, but this was not what customer service i!!!!

Love shopping here, but During this last weeks storms in Houston West Gray location. The Manager should review emergency procedures. She tried to get customers to leave and go out of the store into the lighting, flying debris, falling light poles and trees.
