I requested an appointment online for a tire replacement. I was contacted with @ 15 minutes. Decided on my tire, technician ordered it and I came in for my 8 am appointment. Was greeted immediately by friendly technician and my car was promptly serviced. Comfortable and clean waiting area with coffee, water and bathroom. Kids’ area as well. After a short 15 minutes my car was ready. Checked out and given invoice. Alfonzo was very helpful and made the already easy process even more pleasant with his upbeat energy.
Much much easier than fighting the crowds at Discount Tire plus I don’t have to drive down congested Bay Area Blvd. Will be back

I had nails on one of my tires that I purchased here. I went back to repair it, but it started to leak again. I went back again but it still leaked. I went to Discount Tires to repair it, but I found out that they messed it up at the first time and they can't fix it. They wouldn't take responsibility so I am not going back here. Be careful. They are not that professional.

Very happy with this place and would come back! I worked with Alfonzo Martinez and he was extremely nice from when I first called - to when I picked up my car. He was a pleasure to deal with the whole time. I had some curb rash on one of my rims. They were able to get it fixed and I can’t tell the rash was ever there. Alfonso was very honest about the time and it did take 1 day. I am very happy with the service and the company.

They know their business! Used this shop twice - once for a puncture repair and then an all-tire replacement. Excellent service, quality, and they leave the dealerships in the dust with competitive pricing. Highly recommend.

I had a wobble in my steering wheel at a certain speed and came here to tell the guys my symptoms. They took me in before my scheduled appointment time and had me out in about 15 minutes. Whatever they did completely fixed the problem and they didnt even charge me! Awesome shop keep it up guys.

Had an issue with my 2 front tires while driving. This was the closest place, so I stopped in. They were great, took care of the issue replaces the 2 front tires quickly and got me back on the road! Would definitely recommend this location and staff were awesome!!!

I had many set of wheels and tires put on my Mercedes’ in the past. I don’t live in the area any more but I would definitely use their services again when I’m in clear lake area.Timmy and Martin are great and they took good care of my car and look forward to do more businesses with them.

Top notch people. Excellent service.First off; these guys were recommended to me by Christian Bros. And if they give you a recommendation you can trust it. My wife needed tires so we checked them out online. This was insanely easy. Exactly what an internet purchase should look like. Amazon isn’t even this good. Punch in your vehicle info and you get a selection of tires to choose from. Price out the door quote and pay right there. Easy. They called promptly just to see if my wife had any questions and to verify her appointment. She went in, got the tires installed quickly, and came home with an awesome review of the place and of the service she received. That’s a big deal. She doesn’t get excited about tires.I decided I needed some new tires when I found myself in a Tokyo drift the other day. I found the tires I thought I wanted on the same Mobile site. But I had some questions so I asked them right there on the site. Someone got back to me promptly. Answered all of my questions (pleasantly, I might add) and scheduled me an appointment for the next morning. Already I’m impressed. I dropped off the truck. Left the keys with a very polite individual, and went to have some breakfast with the wife. I don’t think I needed to leave it. These guys were on it right away. When we got back it was ready. I also found there’s a Christian Bros right next door to TBD so when I get my oil changed I’ll go ahead and schedule time to get the included free tire rotations/balancing while I’m there. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s easy to get to. It’s super clean. Purchasing was too easy. Prices are competitive. Everyone is very polite and friendly. I always dread buying tires from the other common names. Too many bad experiences. Tires By Design will now be the only place we go for new tires.

They are not "honorable people". A few yrs back, I bought 20" wheels and 35" tires for my dually. I have taken it back to them for tire rotation and they rotated them with no issues. Today i go in to get my tires rotated and the guy tells me they no longer honor rotating "oversized" tires. I have spent over $10,000 at that shop for tires on 5 different vehicles. Not honoring to rotate my tires after they sold me the wheels, just cost them my business for the rest of my life.Your statement below is correct, i did buy the tires somewhere else because Tire By Design could not find the tires for me. Also the tires were not new they were 2 yrs old and Tire By Design has rotated these same tires 3 times for me since i bought the tires. I also saw that you had over sized tires for trucks in the lobby that you had for sale. I wonder how that will work out for whoever buys them.
