Tried to use the car wash through the app as it advertises and it did not work. However it made sure to charge my card but did not provide a receipt. I went inside for help and they said there was nothing they could do. (Showed the points I just acquired and the charge to my card.) This is fraudulent behavior and should not be used. Do Not go here!!

Reallly awful not functioning, the senior citizen male clerk was very grumpy with lots of attitude if he don't like customer service & greeting customers he needs to retire or find work else where!

I pumped gas from timewise shell(10330 Bissonnet , houston, tx, 77009) at pump 9. I was holding the gas pump and was looking at the gas pump screen when pumping gas. The gas pump had problem: it didn't click and stop when the tank ifs full, so the gas overflowed out of my gas tank and i didn't know it . I was wondering why i need that many gallons of gas this time from my past experience and i looked at the gas tank, saw it's overflowing. About 2 gallons of gas overflowed out of gas tank already. My shoe and socks were filled out gas smell. while i was there i saw other customers had problem with gas pump not working.
