I worked with Tier 1 Diagnostic as a testing partner for Covid-19 and their staff were so responsive to last minute requests (which unfortunately was often the name of the game with Covid for a long while) and did everything in their power to go above and beyond the needs of my company. Working with them was always a pleasure.

My son and I needed to test before traveling and Tier 1 Diagnostics was able to accommodate my requests in the required timeframe. Every individual I dealt with was amazingly friendly, efficient and truly cared about helping us. The best part was that I didn’t even have to go anywhere as they came straight to my home! I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs COVID testing whether they are sick, traveling or just want to make sure they are not infected.

In an already hectic time, the university issued new testing requirements 3 days prior to move in for my daughter. As I scrambled and searched to find a group that could meet the turn around requirements, I was referred to Christie at just the right time. She made the process so simple and followed completely through with Fed-Ex and the lab to make sure we had all we needed for move in within such a short time frame. Would definitely recommend! Top notch group and Christie was amazing!

Very professional. Technician fully protected with PPE. She was kind and gentle. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone unable to drive to a testing location.
