this is definitely the best pet store i have ever been too, and i work at one as a dog groomer. the homemade dog treats are so cute and very nicely priced. the staff was also very patient and very kind and helpful. would definitely recommend this store to everyone.

We’ve been taking our dog here for the past 5 years and it’s her favorite place in the whole world! They always give her free treats at the counter and she loves their seasonally themed baked goodies.

I have gotten several treats from this bakery for my fur babies and they gobbled it right up! Prices are fair and the treats were fresh and so cute! Great shop!

My dog is obsessed with this place. I can't even drive by Rice Village anymore without her screaming out the window.The people who work there are really friendly and as much as I'd like to think my dog is special, its clear that they love spoiling everyone's pets, not just mine.

Recently, I had a wonderful experience at Three Dog Bakery. Super friendly staff and a great selection. I picked up some treats for my honey bear's dog, and she loved them. The store is beautiful, with many things I've never seen before.10 out of 10!

Just got off the phone this morning one of the assistant manager to order a graduation cake and some other pastries for my little ones graduation party! I was told they would not be able to spell my dog name correctly due to what was allowed per policy, JAK-sen that is what i requested. i asked for a manager and she refused by saying they will tell you the same thing! How is this customer services? If you special order asked to write your fur baby name and its not done correctly how is that meeting the customers request and what they would pay for! I seen the videos and I have to say you do not tell the customers that if you special order a cake that is already pre- made even with a two days advance we can not correctly spell your fur baby name due to our policy! that would be nice to know before hand. its a shame my fur baby will not be able to enjoy the so call natural ingredients and flavor most of these reviews are in great detail of sharing, however this assistant manager can learn lot in a better way to deal with the public there is a way to speak to people especially dealing with a first time customer in your establishment. what she said and how it was said is no way what be done to any one. this is a public place and if you screening which clients you rather serve please add that on your profile. I will share this post of my review with social media advise the day care center why we will be short of treats for the fur babies.

We lost our bakeries in La and we're excited to find this one. We stocked up on goodies for our girls and will make this a regular visit when we are in town. This store is well stocked with treats and quality toys. My only negative comment would be how overpriced the decorated cookies in their refrigerated case were. Human cookies aren't that expensive. A decorated cookie the size of a regular sugar cookie was $3.50 per cookie. But overall still glad we found them.
