I just got a hospital bed from this place, it took them 4 months. They wouldn't return phone calls, and I was being nice! So I've been looking around for a bed finally found a place when these people called . I should have never answered the phone, they sent me a picture of the bed. I said ok bring it when it shows up it's got a roll up mattress foam filled. I just got out of hospital and had my old bed took away I had about 4 hours sleep in 3 days so I said I'd try it. The next day it felt like climbing out of a hammock, I called therapy supply they said nothing we can do you have to call your insurance. They messed with the wrong cripple this time!! They finally brought me a mattress I went into hospital 2 days later got home checked mattress found a small tear in it this is a used mattress I thought to myself! They gave a used bed frame and dam used mattress, I was shocked when I saw this, I went into hospital with blood clots came home and had no choice but to sleep on used foam mattress. What a bunch of lowlifes

I placed an order on 2/14/23 for an oxygen concentrator which included free shipping and I paid in full with a credit card and received a receipt. The next morning I received a phone call from them with instructions on how to send my prescription. Within an hour of receiving the prescription, I get an email from saying my order was cancelled as they no longer offer free shipping on this item.Besides the breach of our transaction, I’m highly suspicious of what they are going to do with my personal medical information since they waited until after they received it to cancel the order.

This is reference to the MedEquip Shop at 1645 S Voss Rd TX 77057.I went their to refill my O2 tank The gentleman (Dryden) was so nice. He has always been extremely helpful and cheerful. Even called me as the tank return early. The shop is nice and clean. Plenty of parking as well.Thumb's up.

The young man waited on me was very nice and, using a CPAP machine himself, understood my problems. Together we talked through my problem. The have earned my custom.

Some time in June I came in to get a Cpap machine. I was told it was a shortage of Cpap machines. So I waited a month and I called back. They told me they still didn't have a Cpap machine for me. It has now been about 4 months and I still don't have my Cpap machine and I haven't received a phone call from anyone from Therapy Supply House. I have a medical condition that causes me to need this machine and its like they don't care. This is very disappointing.

Today I called Therapy Supply House to rent a hospital bed ASAP for my dad. I spoke with Draden who was very knowledgeable about their different beds and had answers to all my questions. He also did not try to rent the most expensive bed to me. Later today we found out that hospice would be bringing a bed so I called Draden back and he was very helpful in getting the bed canceled and stated I would be refunded the initial funds that I paid out. If you have medical equipment needs, I definitely recommend this company.

They originally gave us the wrong chair (without telling us) then the day after they harassed us for hours (while i was trying to recover from hip surgery) to switch out for a cheaper used chair. Do not work with this company..they charged my insurance 650 for literally the cheapest wheelchair they had

Received part of an order was told it shipped separate because cvc dressing kits come from warehouse but the kits would be delivered that day a week later still don't have the kits and they have told us they are out for delivery every time we have called for the past week if you have products that you need at a certain time you might want to shop somewhere else

Initially we didn't have a great experience we had to pay out-of-pocket because this company would not file to the insurance for multitude of reasons as far as maybe they're not gonna get paid and then the patient wouldn't pay however we went ahead and paid full price by credit card I was able to file the claim myself I spoke to ova. Store owner and office manager, she was willing to work with me and was able to look at the explanation of benefits from my fathers insurance so she is been super great and helping me on that. she went ahead and refunded on my part and kept the part that goes to the facility and like I said ove really surprised me on one calling me back and secondly she was able give a refund!!! I truly truly am greatly appreciative of her and this company fort

Fore Getting my son's formula has been a hassle, never knowing when it would come, or being late has been a struggle. Until Sarah from therapy supply house started working with me. I'm not one to write reviews. But it's well deserved. She has gone above and beyond for me always very sweet and friendly and always ontop of her game. Thank you so much for all your help!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Leslie and Keithon. Leslie was so professional in taking care of putting all of the needed documents for my insurance, scheduling of Keithon for measurements and delivery of my power chair. Keithon was so helpful in the assessment of what I specifically needed in a power chair. He delivered it and was so friendly and personable. Both Leslie and Keithon take their jobs very seriously. I was treated with the utmost respect by both. I was in customer relations for over 30 years and would have been proud to have both of them work for me. With their work ethic they bith would have done very well with promotions within my customer relations departments .
