Experience was extremely upsetting, the stylist did not LISTEN as I described the goal of light, cool highlights to mitigate risk of having yellow/brown tone outcomes The stylist applied a “ASH” toner onto the highlights…my wet hair was brown. I never say ash when describing my highlight goals. Very upsetting. I have had to pay for color correction at my primary hair salon. This salon is overpriced for the quality and poor customer service.

1 star because they refunded me after they saw what happened… it was that horrible. The reason this place is called therapy is because you’ll need Therapy after getting your hair cut here. Truly had the most horrible, poorly executed and not what I asked for haircut here. 6 months later the bangs that I didn’t ask for have FINALLY grown out but I would never never never let anyone I know come here.

I love Therapy!! My daughter introduced me to this amazing salon (which feels like a spa) and we recently went to get our hair done. Wendy gave me the most wonderful cut and blowout. I love it!! Thank you, Wendy!! You are an amazing stylist and so sweet?❤️

I have had 2 facials now at Therapy with Jahan. My skin has never felt more amazing!!! She took her time and went above and beyond! I notice a significant difference and my random breakouts have not popped up since seeing Jahan. She does wonders!!!! Book with her NOW!

I'm devastated. I've been going to the salon for years and within the last month had two screw ups with appointments. The first, the salon took responsibility for, the second was entirely my fault just had the wrong time by 15 minutes. In response, I get an EMAIL saying all my future appointments have been canceled and that they refuse to provide me any other services. What the?? I visited the salon every two weeks that's 26 times a year, and I was always on time. In addition, I purchased hair products, candles, skin care, brushes and even a hair dryer. Therapy Hair salon was a major part of my life! I looked forward to going, I enjoyed interacting with people I had been seeing for a long time. That relationship was ended over an email and for getting an appointment time wrong. I called and asked my stylist of all these years, Kelsey, to at least talk to me and explain why they were cutting me off. Of course she couldn't be bothered to call me back nor anyone else. This is how they treat long-term clients. David and Luis, this is not how you run a business. The arrogance is amazing, business must be good. The salon can screw up and they have, charging me the wrong price more than once or with appointments... but be aware you are not allowed to! P.S. Kelsey, I considered you a friend.
