Don't go here unless you want to be wildly overcharged for basic printing. Any other franchise location is better. Literally. So disappointed

This UPS store is amazing. Super friendly and helpful staff. Plus the manager, Sarah is so helpful. I came in with an urgent request for notary service and she personally helped me with it. I’m so happy I found this UPS store! Highly recommended!

Hey UPS Corporate - you need to send a team of executives here to learn from this store. The staff are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have rarely had this level of service from any other store let alone a pack & ship place.

Used this store to overnight a package. The status kept changing to things like “delivery date changed in system” or “delivery address changed” so I assumed there was fraud because they kept telling me that either me or the recipient was changing it. Nope. UPS lost the package, it got there two days late so I paid a $40 upcharge for nothing. Meanwhile I was trying to get a refund through the phone and was told only the store can process the refund. The store told me I have to wait for the package to actually arrive to process a refund. Package arrived, went to the store and was told the refund needed to have been started within 15 days. What. So they can take their time and deliver the package whenever but I need to be on the clock and focus on following up like it’s my main job.
Policies are horrible, customer service blows smoke up your butt, just use FedEx and skip it all.

I do quite a bit of shipping both for work and personal, and this has been my go to location due to proximity of office. The last 2 times I have been here, the store manager has wasted my time. All other associates are generally friendly and helpful. However, on one occurrence the manager left me mid transaction and went into the back of the store for at least 5 mins while I’m standing just waiting to pay. Another associate finally finished with the long line and saw me looking around and offered to help me. Most recently, I came to make an Amazon return that consisted of 2 mirrors. The associate told me I need to have 2 QR codes for the returns and recommended I call Amazon to get an additional code. I did so, which took about 10 mins but they happily sent me a 2nd code. An associate was scanning my codes to process return when the manager then butted in leaving her current customer (again unattended) while coming to tell me to they can’t send the packages separately. Seems odd since she isn’t an employee of Amazon but was telling me what Amazon accepts as a return. Why would they have sent me 2 QR codes if they wouldn’t accept them separately in the boxes they came in? Thanks again for wasting my time, I’ll be doing my shipping elsewhere.

Whoever the young man with the long hair in a pony tail is was SO rude and unprofessional. He literally talked to me like I was stupid yesterday when I went to go return a couple of packages. I wasn’t familiar with the return policy for my Amazon packages and he acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to accommodate me. I work in the service industry, and there is ZERO excuse to talk to customers this way.

I needed assistance with details about an item that was picked up from this store. When I got through to them, the manager was very polite and helpful. They are very fastidious in their operations hence they had all the necessary details on record. The information I needed was emailed to me right after I finished talking to them.

Amazon designated UPS as the designated drop off for returns. Went there with an opened package. The Amazon package had NEVER BEEN OPENED. The owner of the UPS REFUSED TO TAKE IT EVEN THOUGH I FOLLOWED the Amazon instructions 100%. Apparently they wanted to sell me a box and charge for their services. So, wanted me to add to their bottom line. OUTRAGEOUS. I informed Amazon of their money grabbing tactics and they informed me they will send UPS to pick it up, as is, no charge. Please do not patronize this UPS location on 34th st. And ELLA

This place is highly unprofessional with inconsistent policies. Just two examples
1. Yesterday I went in asked how much stamps were, I got one number. Today I went in to buy them and I got a different number. Guy with the black hair and beard is just difficult.
2. I went to return something a few months back and just brought the item. They told me I had to bring my own box. So I go home and come back with a box and black hair and beard guy tells me I have to buy one of their boxes…
