Have you ever found yourself in the challenging position of making design decisions with your significant other, only to experience friction instead of the shared happiness you anticipated? Our visit to The Tile Shop in Houston turned this common dilemma into a delightful experience, thanks to the assistance of Beth Brito, a welcoming and knowledgeable designer.Upon our arrival, Beth, well-versed in styles ranging from Mid Century Modern to Scandinavian and more, greeted us. She attentively listened to our goals for our first investment property and quickly established a collaborative and positive process. Beth encouraged us to shop separately and return to the design table with our ideas.To our surprise, we discovered that we shared a lot more in common regarding shapes and materials than we initially thought. We just had a terrible shopping process that impeded our creative flow.Beth's dedication to ensuring the most favorable outcomes became evident as she promptly responded to emails, created multiple renderings to help us visualize our creations, shared her expertise on layout and design, and was genuinely enjoyable to work with.Anjelique and I wholeheartedly recommend Beth Brito for her expertise and the seamless collaboration she facilitated. Excellent customer service by Beth. I walked in with a tile sample hoping to find a replacement. The store did not have an exact match but Beth took the time to help me find the name and exact dimensions of the tile I need which will make my hunt much easier. I will be likely come back to Tile Shop for future business. Thank you!

Beautiful products and staff is super nice and helpful! Ask for Jay! Tile is somewhat pricey but they will try to work with you. Really helpful and insightful about their products and your project needs.

The employees here consistently go above and beyond for their customers. They have gone out of their way to personally bring product from one store to another when I’m in a bind, one time I had an issue with faulty product and they were quick to resolve it AND follow up to make sure everything went smoothly, have always been fantastic with communications and kept me up to date on the status of my orders, are timely, and always friendly. They have a lifelong customer in me, and I do not mind driving out of my way to shop here. Kiddos to this team!!

I had two great experiences with them. I got the tile that I wanted for a good price, and it was delivered to the store fast. For one job a last minute design change meant that I needed more tile--a lot more. I placed an order in a panic online on a Sunday and the tile arrived the following Wednesday. Very pleased with them.

I am so impressed with the Tile Shop on Richmond and their employees. I have worked with several people there and always received excellent service. However Scott Bixler has gone above and beyond. He has taken two calls from me on his days off on his personal cell to make sure my needs were met. On several occasions he’s taken a fair amount of time to discuss design ideas with me. I highly recommend his services.

If you need tile and help with the design, please go see Beth Brito. Beth is simply amazing. We're restoring an 1896 farmhouse and have been looking for a very specific tile. We called Beth before driving 90 minutes to get to her location on Richmond in Houston.When we arrived, she had already put together tiles that could potentially be a fit for our design. She quickly took the measurements, calculated what we needed, provided the benefits of each of the types of tiles that we were interested in, helped us make a quick decision and place the order.Beth was friendly and super helpful before and AFTER the sale. She followed up to ensure that the tile was delivered on time and in good condition. Even though Beth is a long way away from our home, we will absolutely go see her for our future tile needs.Thanks for everything,Phil & Joy Shanks

Spent thousands of dollars for tile for a new build home. Salesperson was great, BUT the after-purchase service, delays and deliveries are a nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their 3rd party delivery company (SAIA) is inept and they wanted to drop the tile order at the "end of the driveway", not the garage. Another 3rd party delivery company was then used and that resulted in broken and "missing" tile, etc. Additional tile had to be ordered and it tooks weeks as they gathered the "missing" tile. This whole miserable process delayed the home by several weeks. DON'T EVEN THINK TWICE ABOUT USING THE TILE SHOP. YOU DON'T NEED THE HEADACHE AND THEIR POOR SERVICE.

The Tile Shop has been a positive experience for us. The tiles are quality and the design guidance by Scott at the Richmond store has been outstanding. Scott resolved some supply issues, which were out of his control, in the most thoughtful manner. He went the extra mile, literally and figuratively. I would do this all over again!
