I give 3 stars to Maria, tech who did my mammogram, she was very polite, professional, and explained step by step since it was my very first time having this test.... But, I did feel offended by a gift I received! Since it was October, breast CA awareness, they gave a little bag with beauty products. When I started to examine products, there was a Chi Conditioner for DOGS. Was I at a Veternarians Office?!? Or did they actually meant I was a "female dog"?!?... not sure what yo think of this. Its very inconvenient for someone over the age of 40 to get a routine mammogram without a referral. If I'm paying it off pocket does the referral even matter? This is why women go undetected, you make it hard for them to get an exam. We gotta do better. Extremely disappointed.

If I could give them more stars I would. Professionally 100% caring 100% found them thru the breast cancer line, Since I first spoke with Nery she care for me and was willing to help me. Told her I was low income and she said was no problem Send my check stubs and she scheduled me an appointment, as soon I walked in my appointment they treat me well they knew I was afraid and they made my appointment easy. When I saw the nurse she was sweet care and answer all my questions. After they did my mammogram and ultrasound and the lady made it easy they talked me it didn't hurt. My ultrasound with Ashley she was so patient with me then the cherry to the ice cream my Doctor Millo she is the sweetest Dr I ever meet, explained me what was going on and she even spoke to me in Spanish. After the results I thank God for bringing me here. Thank you guys I don't have enough to pay yall for what yall did for me. More blessing for you all yall deserve because you give us an amazing service.

I had to come here probably a decade ago, I didn't have much insurance & used planned Parenthood for care at the time. Pp said I needed to get a mammogram. I was young and the rose staff were very kind & understood but wanted to make sure. I wish I remembered the doctors name, he was great as was the nurse who was in there, they were very caring. They used a different machine to double check and there was nothing to be seen & as they suspected I didn't need to go through the mammography process so young thankfully. I still get birthday calls from them every few years or so and it's a nice reminder of how kind they were during what can be really scary time.

Beware of The Rose mammogram facility. They say they take your insurance, let you go through the process, then send you a bill telling you, you are out of network with them. When you call them, they say oh, you are out of network, and it's your responsibility to pay the bill now. They do it on purpose. If they had told me beforehand, I would not have gone there.

They help woman who don't have insurance but also accept insurance. The staff was super kind and helpful. I myself was diagnosed with cancer and they have been super helpful and kind. They have been there for me through this tough time. Having insurance allows me to help other woman who do not.

The Rose with 2 locations in the Houston area is very well organized so it's efficient. It accepts women with or without insurance.

I’ve been trying to set up an appointment for a mammogram due to my doctor thing I needed to do so. I initially miss the deadline for my first referral. The second time I did it online and out in the wrong information about what I needed an appointment for. I was just on the phone with a lady trying to get an appointment and I was trying to explain to the lady that I don’t know anything about all of this and she started asking me question that I couldn’t answer so I asked her is there anywhere else that I can go because it’s always very difficult making an appointment or getting through to The Rose. We’ll continue to ask my question and I started to tell her no no no I don’t think I have s jump because I’m not sure and before I could get it out of my mouth the lady hung up on me!! I do record my calls and will be looking into how can get the looked into. If by any chance I do have any problems with my best it will be on her. This is very rude and disrespectful for her to hang up on me knowing that it takes forever to get on the phone with anyone to set up an appointment. This is very unacceptable. Now I have set up the call back and receive a call back and someone still sent me to a voicemail. I’m not understanding what is going on. Why is it so difficult to set up an appointment for this place? And why are you a people so rude

This place is amazing! All the ladies working here are so nice and kind, I came for an ultrasound and got the mammogram too because last one was 2 years ago and I am 45 they cared about my health and I am very thankful for that. Waiting was like 5 to 10 minutes then to the back, everything went smoothly and I felt cared for. Answering the phone takes a little bit because of the amount of people calling just be patient and don't hang up, they will answer for sure.Totally recommend this placeA+ in my opinion

After reading the reviews I was scared to come here because I am uninsured and a single mom and with a huge lump in my breast. For me the only thing that was right was that it is a hassle getting to talk to them on the phone aside from that the ladies have been wonderful. I'm embarrassed to say that they have shown me more concerned about my breast situation that family close to me. They keep calling me to make sure Im Going to get treatment, I feel truly cared for and taken care of. I just want to send a special thank to Sally for being so caring and Kind to me and making me feel like I am not alone.Just want to mention that I once had an appointment for a biopsy and they didn't call me the day before so I went and turned out I wasn't on schedule for them but because I had the paper they gave me the accommodated to me theis happened at the Bellaire location. With this said I still give them 5 starts and would recommend to anyone going through the same as me.Thanks ladies.

Love the experience having my mammogram done here recently. Kudos to Brittany the Mammogram Tech and Kim for my Ultrasound Tech! Very loving and gentle with me due to my fibromyalgia pain they were awesome to be careful with handling me, I was in awe of their service.

For my first time I had a horrible experience! Made it there on time, at the door my temperature was checked and I was told I had a temp of 100, the lady told me she would let me cool down and check it again, less than 1 minute later she checked it again and said it was so high. I was told my temp was 101, so I couldn't be seen. Went and checked my temp orally and it was 98.0. What a waste of my time.
