I really don’t like or appreciate the quality of the haircut they gave to my dog. I was skeptical to try this place and now I full on regret it and cried in the car on the way home because they completely changed the way my dog looked. I asked them to shape her chest and butt and take her hair shorter but to the point where they preserved her red. She has white spots showing everywhere that were before covered with her red hair. I asked them to please not shave her and I confirmed with them when I picked her up and they said they didn’t but it’s hard to tell. If they did shave her hair will not grow back. Not to mention the haircut is extremely uneven and choppy. I’m distraught after this groom and will not be taking my dog back. See for the before and after.

I took my Pomski, Checo, to The Pet Barber in April, hoping for a simple trim, but my experience was a nightmare. I dropped him off with Carly around 9 a.m. and didn't pick him up until they were about to close. I had to keep calling for updates, as they gave no time estimate and didn't reach out all day. When I finally got Checo back, he was completely shaved down.
At first, I just thought they cut his hair way too short, but after a couple of months, our vet informed us that the shaving had permanently damaged his double coat, leading to alopecia. When I called the groomer to explain the situation, I was given the run-around, transferred to random staff members when asked for management and eventually got a call back from a manager who dismissively asked, "Why are you just now complaining?" The response was shockingly unprofessional, and they downplayed everything.
When I finally spoke with the owner, he was unbelievably arrogant. Instead of apologizing or offering a refund, he said that "this will happen at any groomer" and bragged about his business success and how they are top rated and how he makes so much money for investors. He didn't care about the permanent damage done to my dog's coat; he just offered a couple of bi-weekly baths, which felt like a slap in the face. He even admitted that Carly was just hired from the Woodlands to help with overflow and hadn't been properly vetted.
The Pet Barber's negligence and complete lack of accountability caused irreversible damage to my dog's coat. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you care about your pet's well-being, stay far away from The Pet Barber.

First time going to The Pet Barber service was outstanding and the employees were very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking to get their animal cleaned up. They won’t disappoint.

Really great service, however it is one of the more expensive groomers I’ve used. It’s likely they use the best products; I’ve never had my shih tzus feel so fluffy and soft. And their clean aroma lasts longer too

First time here. I even showed pictures I wanted. The face is super choppy and uneven. The feet were needed more works. The groomer’s attitude was not pleasant to deal with.

Very sad, we used this place for over a year. Today they lied to us several times about when out dog was done, called us in with another 45 minutes left and accepted no responsibility. Then a man who referred to himself as the manager chased me out of the store even though I wasn't talking with him. He cussed me out until I drove away. Regardless of the situation this man was inappropriate and aggressive, it was surprising to see. If I could give less than a star I would because I've paid for top of the line groomers who cost less
