Great customer service! Employee (wish I would have gotten her name) answered all my questions about use and quality of winter coat. I love it, kept me warm and dry during the winter months.

Went here one night with my brother and daughter, was looking for a jacket for my daughters trip and the manager guy accused me of stealing because I was sticking my hand in the pockets of this very interesting jacket I wanted to buy. I think they call the feature “multi-entry pockets” where it’s 2 pockets in one. The manager started making fun of me, belittling me talking to his co-worker right next to me on purpose saying “NOPE!! NO ALARMS IN THE POCKETS BUDDY”. Apparently he thought I was trying to steal and look for “alarms”.Look, I get it.. people steal all day everyday in this mall. I understand you to be ready for theft but belittling customer and making alarm siren noises is disrespectful. I’m not sure if you know but such accusations and behavior from employees in a business can actually lead to lawsuits that will hold up in court. It was probably because I’m non-Caucasian and have tattoos. Well, The Northface. Not only did you lose my business forever but you also lost my daughters business, my brothers business, my fathers business and I’ll be taking this complaint further than google maps.

Appalling Customer Service Experience at North Face Storeisn't customer satisfaction and loyalty supposed to be a priority for any reputable business? The store's refusal to process a return is a clear indication that North Face values their bottom line over the satisfaction of their customers.What struck me even more was the manager's response to my request for a return. Instead of addressing the issue with empathy and professionalism, the manager displayed a shocking lack of regard for customer service. It was as if my time and concerns meant absolutely nothing to them. This manager should not be in a position where customer interactions are part of the job description. A complete lack of empathy and a dismissive attitude toward customers are qualities that should be grounds for termination.

Went in today 11/15/2023 the service was very bad. The guy with the glasses by the cashier and the bald guy in the back were completely ignoring me and all the staff were gone to the back side of the store and acted like they were looking for what I asked for but they were not. They came back out with nothing and went back again with some other stuff that was not something that I was asking for. But they all went through and take care the customers that look more like they have money to buy. I feel very bad for this kind of service and I will not return to this store ever again.

My recent attempt to return an online purchase at a North Face store turned into a customer service nightmare. The store refused the return, citing potential negative impacts on their sales, displaying a shocking lack of regard for customer satisfaction. The manager's dismissive attitude and lack of empathy further exacerbated the situation. This experience reflects poorly on North Face's commitment to its customers, making me reconsider future purchases from the brand.Manger at this store needs to be fired, they have no idea what customer service is.
