The owners dad doesn't speak great English and has messed up my appointments the last few times I e gone there! Too bad, this has been my go to nail salon for 8 years. I am now going to take my money and my business elsewhere. I am a busy executive and do not have time to waste. I mean I make an appointment for a reason.

Today, I visited The Nail Spot and left feeling very disappointed. Despite being a loyal customer for years and having always enjoyed pleasant experiences, today was different. The manicurist did my nails sloppily, despite my attempts to express my dissatisfaction. Even when another staff member intervened, the quality didn't improve. The owner, while aware of my displeasure, continued attending to other customers. Feeling frustrated and unwilling to cause a scene, I decided to leave without getting my toes done. Only then did the owner acknowledge the issue and agree that my nails needed fixing, although she wasn't available to do so immediately. While I wish the business success, I won't be returning as a customer due to feeling undervalued.

I need to go back soon. The place is clean and pretty. Also the nail tech that did my nails did a great job & I’ve gotten so many good compliments on them.

Do not visit the nail spot. Went in simply for a color change with shellac and came out with thinly shaven ansd weak nails underneath. I asked the lady repeatedly not to shave my nails down, but she disregarded me and did what she wanted. She was pissed because she wasnt going to make the $100+ off of my visit. She destroyed my real nails and caused immediate breakage of the tip the very next day.
So i returned to show what happened and get the nail repaired and another barely English speaking woman repaired it and they both were pissed
again because they couldn't price gauge me. Then she becomes rude because i showed how my nails were destroyed by them. Never will I use them again. Bad attitudes and rudeness cant have my money.

This place has amazing customer service! I've been going here for a while now and I highly recommend. Mrs. T is fantastic and she works at a great speed. The salon is a very comfortable place and an amazingly relaxing environment. She is great at designs and my pedicures always feel amazing! I get the deluxe pedicure and it is so relaxing. This is the best nail salon i've ever been to! I'll insert some of the work i've gotten done:

I received amazing service. I showed them a picture and the end product blew me away. They all work together to take care of their customers. If you haven’t been here, you need to go. I got cat eye nails. The color I brought in was a lot darker, but she added a red she had and my nails turned out better than I expected. They also provide fast and friendly service.Services: Nail art

Service was great. I've got seated with somebody automatically. They also have drinks and candy. The restrooms and seats were clean. The ladies in there were very nice and respectful. There was no extra conversations going on if you know what I mean. I didn't get cut by one of their drills. They were very soft Handed. Overall great experience.
