I love the Monogram Shop. I have been so happy with all the items that I have had monogrammed. They also have an incredible selection of gifts, kid items, home items and more. The staff is lovely.

I love this store! Quick turnaround on monogramming at a very reasonable price.They carry so many cute things, it’s the perfect place to shop for boutique baby and women’s items. Great selection of home and decor items for yourself or a giftfor the bride or mama-to-be.I got several baby outfits with custom monograms, a few towels, and beach toys complete with a summer bag (also with a custom monogram). Great quality items, and the customer service is second to none.

Not to be confused with the Mononucleosis Shop (where the employees are always sick), the Instagram Shop (where a lot of cute girls take selfies), or the Strippergram Shop (Barbi works there).The Monogram Shop is amazing, and despite not being cheap, Barbi and I both wanted to give it five stars. Barbi spent a good half an hour in here and was pretty enthused about both of the items that she bought.There are even some deals to be found in the nooks and crannies if you avoid some of the overpriced items. Because it's a family business, I would usually give it five stars, but we both noticed that service was a little hostile and condescending, and that's the only reason I knocked off the star. In fact there was an earlier experience which it probably just reminded me of, which is that we showed up here at 5:45 to grab an item that she saw the day before, and they were already closed and locked and lights off, despite the internet and the door sign saying that 6 p.m. was the closing time.

Totally ignored my husband and I when we walked in this morning. I was hoping to purchase a baby blanket for a gift and have it monogrammed. Had to leave 'cause they didn't acknowledge us. I regret not reviewing "YELPbefore coming into the store 'cause SO many people complained about not being helped. How does a store stay in busy without being waited on?
