Choosing The Learning Experience-Eldridge had to be one of the easiest decisions that I’ve ever made since being a mom.
I was super nervous having to switch childcare for my kiddo last year, but once I took the tour with Mrs. Chelsi and felt the energy of the building & staff all of that went out of the window. I’ve been a part of the TLE family for over a year and by far this has been the best facility! The front staff are always warm & welcoming, the facility is always well kept, & the curriculum is on a grade school level (depending on the age of your kiddos). Since my daughter has been attending TLE, she’s always wanting to go to school now. In my opinion TLE-Eldridge is the best childcare facility!

I have been curious about this daycare for a while. I follow them on social media and saw the had a community trunk or treat, so I decided to go check out the school. They gave me a tour and I knew it was inconvenient because of the event going on. It showed they had nothing to hide and I appreciated that. I learned about the classes and the curriculum and that’s what I liked the most. All of the staff seemed nice and friendly and the parents participated with decorating the trunks of their cars. My daughter kept saying she wanted to go to the school.

I barely write reviews but omg! So my son started the infant class and after 4 days he was terribly sick with cough & cold for two weeks. We returned him back to school and was sick again just after 4 days now with serious diarrhea, cold & cough. We decided to withdraw him and put the reason why. They didn’t even care, it was just like whatever. Mind you, fees were still being paid. It’s definitely all about the money here at the school.

My son went to this daycare months ago, here I realized that the teachers were very nice to him, especially a teacher who spoke Spanish and to whom I told her that my son had signs of Autism, they did their best to make him feel comfortable. I thank her for her I would give it 5 stars but then suddenly my baby began to overstimulate which is normal for someone like him. Today I am giving this daycare 3 stars, it is because of the way they told me that my son could no longer go to daycare. I would have expected more empathy from the directors of the place and instead it was a person from the front desk who told me that my son was not more accepted. Please, if you are presented with a situation similar to mine, have a little empathy and talk to the parents of the child in a formal way and not in a quick way, how to get out of the space and then to fix it, tell me that my son is no longer accepted but he can still come two more weeks.

There is always a bit of anxiety involved in finding childcare for your kids. You want them to be loved, respected, and educated in the way that a parent would at home (or better!) and The Learning Experience does just that. While it did take a couple of weeks for my son to get used to coming to school and changing his routine, he now wants to run straight to his classroom and wakes up on weekends asking if he can come to school. The teachers he has had, Ms. Mackenzie and Ms. Brenda, are both phenomenal. All of the ladies working the front desk are also awesome and welcoming every single day. If something happens with your child at school, parents are immediately notified and it is documented. Communication through the center's app gives detailed info on activities, diaper/potty training, what they eat, and daily photos. If you are searching for a quality school with a solid curriculum to send your babies, look no further. TLE is it!

Discipline & educating your child begins at home, but the staff here pick up all the slack. I have been impressed with the progress of my son since day one. The facility is run by a team who are devoted at doing their best. It shows by my child's progress. The facility is clean and they have a awesome app that keeps you informed of your child's day to day activity. From what they ate, to when and how much. The app shares all of the projects and studies that your my child is involved in. If you are seeking child care include this facility in your search.

We've been part of TLE Eldridge for about 4 years. I cannot thank enough Ms. Shae, Mrs. Chelsea, Ms. Kiana, Mr. Jeremy and all the wonderful staff that takes care of our children. COVID was a tough time for everyone, but they stayed open and were a life saver. I am a mom of two boys. One of them graduated this past summer and he's done well adjusting to the big kids school. My little one goes happy to daycare every day and looks forward to playing and learning with his friends. Three things I love about TLE. 1) The teachers are so nice and loving to the kids, they know each one of them by name. 2) Diverse classes, different ethnicities and well balanced boys and girls ratio. 3) kids are kids are TLE. As parents sometimes we forget they are little children that learn by playing and interacting with other little children, so even if they are not spelling and writing their name or doing additions at age 3, they are happy children at TLE.

Absolutely love this school. Ms. Shae runs this school like a well oiled machine.It is always clean, the staff is friendly and they handle your child as if it were their own. We get super prompt responses to inquiries and the convenience of the location is unmatched.If you are looking for a quality daycare that provides tons of activities, dedication, cleanliness and organization, this TLE is for you.Kiana, who is usually at the front desk, is VERY resourceful and helpful. She knows the process and procedures like the back of her hand. She is very professional and takes pride in her job.Keep up the good work!

My wife and I are glad our little one attends this school. This location is always clean and has a polite and hard working staff. They have teachers that exhibit patience and really care for the kids. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for an awesome school.
