Emilie my lash tech took the time to understand exactly what l wanted, offering guidance on the best styles for my eye shape and even advising on aftercare to keep my lashes looking their best. The quality of the lashes and adhesives used felt top-notch, and I left with beautiful, natural-looking lashes that were everything I hoped for.

I was looking forward to having the lash lift service, but my lashes were too short ?. I didn't want extensions because I they were unhealthy for my natural lash, and im trying to be better. The front desk and the senior technician were super nice. They explained everything well, and i understood my plight. However, i am annoyed because management kept my deposit even though I showed and sat for the appointment (I couldn't do any accessory services because of retin-a ?).
For informational purposes, be aware... you can't make the appointment without the deposit, but if you can't get the service that you want, then they will keep the deposit.
ETA... a pre visit consultation or photo consultation was not offered to me on the phone call to confirm and set my appointment. Be forewarned!

Worst service ever and super expensive! This is the worst threading ever they use a little handle thing to do the threading and does not get all the hairs and will pinch you all over with the threading! The tinting couldn't even tell I got one either! The tinting was only left on me for like couple minutes. The cleaning took longer than the application! She asked if I liked it on the threading and let her know there was many hairs. Told no her I guess I will have to pluck it myself. And pretty much was done! No effort whatsoever to pluck or fix! The name of one of the best techs was Alma! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! OVERPRICED AND WORST SERVICE EVER! My eyebrows look dark in pictures 1 & 2 the day after I added black eyeshadow that is not their service. The 3rd picture shows their messy ugly tinting right after it was done!

My first appointment that I booked online was cancelled by front desk within two days. I Called the front desk to re book. The appointment went well. The technician was attentive and thorough.
I booked my next appointment online several weeks in advance. Two days prior to appointment day, the appointment was canceled by front desk and I was notified. I contacted the front desk and left a message to re schedule the appointment. I did not receive a return call, text or email .
I rebooked online again, received an automated confirmation email and text . The next day I received email notification that the appointment had yet again been cancelled. The front desk did not contact me to reschedule.
Total disconnect & disappointment.

Everyone was super friendly and I’m sure their lash services are good, their threading just isn’t. They use some sort of contraption to thread instead of their hands (it made them feel less experienced tho whether or not that’s true I don’t know) and it makes the process super super slow and therefore painful. It took about 20-25 min to thread my eyebrows and they came out great, just not more amazing than anywhere else I could get my brows done and for way cheaper. It cost $19.

Shop was clean, people were nice. But, the lash lift caused A LOT of my eyelashes to fall out. The eyebrow lamination did not last more than about 10 days. And, no flexibility on rescheduling my appointment that had been made less than 24hrs prior.

Loved it when I first came I did my eyebrows threaded and did an amazing job. Today I came in and did these new spike lashes with Savannah and I mean love!! Def coming back !
