I feel wronged and decieved. I asked if there was a return policy and was told "Yes, you can return as long as it's in December". I tried to return my item the same day with the same lady and was told "You can return it for store credit only". They were defensive and unapoligetic instead of acknolwging that they didn't tell me the full details when I asked or doing the right thing to make it right.

Cute selection of clothes, it is a boutique, so the higher prices are to be expected, and staff were helpful! Will be back!

Cute clothes. Would have like to support this store but they required me to give my name and phone number even when I opted to pay cash. Still insisted that I must share my personal information. She would not relent and opted instead not to make the sale.

It has cute clothes, but they don't always fit the best for 30 plus adults. Also, it is a tad overpriced in my opinion. I prefer other places in Rice village to this. An outfit will cost you about $150, with a top and bottom, and in my opinion, cuter things could be find across the street. Also, they don't have a great sale selection compared to other places in Rice Village. I think it's still worth checking out. It wouldn't be my first choice.

I'm from Dallas but visit Houston often and I've had nothing but great experiences at this location. The store manager, Odalis helped me look to find what I was looking for. The store itself is located in a nice safe area and it's very organized. Definitely recommend for special occasion/trendy clothes and accessories.

I went in the other day for the first time and there was a girl I think her name was Odalas or odalis and she helped me out. I can’t stress enough how she made shopping here so easy. She had such a welcoming personality and I will definitely be coming back. (Not to mention how organized the store itself was) who ever the manager is is doing a great job!

If I could give a zero I would. There is a dark haired young girl, Hispanic I think who was incredibly rude and closed the doors before closing time. Customers were waiting outside and she would stare at us with rude looks although the door said closing on Friday was 6pm, she stopped looking at us and walked away. That is not how you treat customers. We drove over an hour to come here only to be pushed away. She should be fired.

Love love this store and their service! I called asking for black dresses they had. She picked them out for me and had them waiting in my size! Saved me so much time and they’re always lovely in this store. The clothes is amazing and great quality.

I love this store and shop at the rice village location all the time. I was told to check out the heights location and went at 2 on a Tuesday but it was closed. I read another review saying it wasn't open during normal hours. They also had a sign that said they were hiring all positions. Very sad because I could see lots of things I wanted to buy in the windows.

Stopped by on a Saturday at noon, and doors were not opened. Very disappointing because I drove almost an hour to shop.
