Fun time we had a business retreat weekend and yea we had great massages and nice food more fan of the massage the only downside is the jacuzzi is hot and texas is hotter lol ? so wasn’t very pleasant I wish you guys have a cold jacuzzi to help enjoy the experience the indoor is fresh not hot not cold - recommend for decompressing ?

This hotel is gorgeous! The staff is welcoming, everyone is smiling and beyond helpful. The room was beautiful, the pools were smaller than I expected however I did appreciate the fact that there are adult pools separate from kid pools. Customer service is top tier, if you want a respectable experience this is the place to go!

I want to like this place. I have been coming here all my life and my family were some of the first members here. I cannot stand coming here anymore. First off the place looks horrible. The renovation project they did is a disaster. It feels like an upscale prison complex. The staff and security anre incredibly rude to everyone. They DO NOT care about you. They don’t care about your money or yourself. They only see you as a number. Any time you complain they could care less. It’s like they are the boss of you. The pool is dirty the restaurant service is horribly slow and the food is awful. Everyone who works here is a joke and needs to get off their high horse. I cannot take it anymore and I hope more people start to realize this this place is not worth the membership. Once a nicer place shows up in Houston people will leave.

Top notch for real! This place is truly amazing in all ways. The spa is heaven. The hotel rooms are elegant. And it’s such a nice cozy vibe. Service is great and food drinks and dessert some of the best I’ve had!

What a beautiful location for a fancy event or gathering of any kind! We had a blast! I was invited to a special event but the staff was very helpful and the hotel is beautiful and elegant.
Nearby activities: It's Houston y'all... there's so much to do like many restaurants, museums and amusement places!
Walkability: There's a covered parking garage but if you need to drop off at the front you can or you can use their valet parking.

Pools: great for kids and adults. Decor: awesome. Service: amazing. Food: didn't love the menu, but everything I ate was incredible. Harder to figure out what you don't like staying here!! Absolute gem of Houston.

We had a great stay-cation - we have been here multiple times for the spa and had a great time - also Christmas brunch is legit - shout out to the chefs and the staff who make that happen every year

Attended a wedding last night and my wife and I were very impressed with the food and staff. They were on thier game and no one had to wait for a drink or cleanup after each course. Kudos to the whole crew!!!
