I recently had the pleasure of working with the maintenance team at The High Bank, particularly Eddie. I wanted to share my positive experience and express my gratitude for their outstanding professionalism and dedication to addressing maintenance concerns. His attention to detail and commitment to resolving the problems in a timely manner were truly appreciated.Jordan, the manager, exhibited exceptional leadership skills in overseeing that my concerns were not only heard but addressed. I had an issue with a plumbing leak coming from my upstairs neighbors washing machine, and he consistently ensured that the team had the necessary resources and support to provide top-notch service to the residents.Naomi, the leasing agent, played a great role in the process by hearing my frustrations regarding this ongoing maintenance concern. Her professionalism and attentiveness to residents' concerns was something I valued most. She consistently followed up on the progress of repairs and ensured that things would be taken care of in a timely fashion.Eddie, Jordan, and Naomi have been AMAZING throughout this process!!The maintenance team's prompt response, expertise, and professionalism make them an asset to the property.Thank you, Eddie, Jordan, and Naomi, for your exceptional service and for your kindness and genuine care!I rate this team 5 stars!!Keep up the great work!!

I recently had the pleasure of touring the Highbank apartments and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the amenities and everything the property had to offer. The community is well-maintained and the facilities are top-notch.Unfortunately, they did not have a one-bedroom apartment available during my visit. However, I would like to express my gratitude to Jordan, who guided me through the tour. Jordan was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions made a great impression.I had to lease at a nearby place for now, I genuinely look forward to the possibility of making Highbank my future home. The overall experience left a positive impression, and I will definitely keep Highbank Apartments in mind for any future housing needs.Thank you, Jordan, for your exceptional customer service and for making the tour a memorable one. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new apartment to consider Highbank Apartments.

Moving here was probably one of the best decisions I've made! I've lived here around 6 months and can definitely see the improvements made since the new manager arrived (I think his name is Jordan). He's professional yet approachable and friendly. The new security system and gym equipment are awesome. I used to have a membership but just cancelled it since now I don't have to go far to use what I need. The grounds are clean and I feel safe walking to and from my car. The maintenance is on top of everything so I never have to ask twice which is a big change from my previous complex. As long as Jordan's the manager, I'll be here.

We love our apartment, that is not the issue. We have never been late on paying rent/fees and use the resident portal. However, we were charged rent twice for the month August. A representative advised there wasn't anything they could do about it. Prior to this I would have left a great review. I can't believe management would treat tenets like this. This has caused a lot of stress and I expected more from the Highbank. Update: thanks for replying, we actually now have $250 in late fees and insufficient funds fees due to having to stop payment with the bank. So no, management has not resolved this issue

A Disappointing Experience: Haven Fails to Address Issues and Mishandles BillingReview:I am compelled to share my deeply frustrating experience with Haven, the property management company responsible for overseeing my 1 1/2 years of stay at Highbank. Upon moving out on May 29th, I was shocked to receive a bill for past due rent, despite having paid my dues on May 1st. The mismanagement of my account was exacerbated by the unhelpful and discourteous behavior exhibited by Andrea, a front desk representative at Highbank. She needs to be fired.Andrea's primary concern seemed to be proving herself right, rather than diligently investigating the issue at hand and rectifying it. Her lack of professionalism and unwillingness to perform her duties as expected made it impossible for me to work with her. Fortunately, I was eventually able to seek assistance from someone else.My monthly lease agreement stipulated a rent of $1,344 before additional charges such as water, which were not part of my lease agreement. I made the necessary payments for 29 days of rent, as well as partial water, trash, parking, and sewer charges. As I was told by Tiffany and the leasing agent. Remember this was prorated for 29 days, not 31 days.Unfortunately, my troubles persisted when I had to return to Highbank during the first week of June, as I was unexpectedly billed an additional $311.25. This was in direct contradiction to what Tiffany and the leasing agent had assured me – that I would not be liable for any further payments. After another visit to the office and conversations with both the leasing agent and the temporary manager, I was once again informed that I owed nothing.To my dismay, I recently received yet another bill and decided to reach out to the Highbank once more. Regrettably, my interaction with Andrea only served to infuriate me further, and I found it impossible to continue the conversation. I resorted to contacting Haven directly and received an email promising that they would communicate with the office and get back to me. Disappointingly, I received the exact same email today, informing me that I still had an outstanding bill.My patience has worn thin with this ineptitude and lack of accountability exhibited by Haven and the Highbank management. I am tired of wasting my valuable time on a matter that should have been resolved promptly and am now considering seeking legal assistance. I want to sever all ties with this company and move forward with my life, free from the burden they have needlessly placed upon me.In conclusion, Haven's inability to address my concerns adequately and their mishandling of billing matters have been a source of great disappointment. I urge prospective tenants to exercise caution when considering Highbank or any property managed by Haven, as my experience indicates a troubling lack of professionalism and customer care.

I really liked Naomi. She was very compassionate and understanding. I've never had any major problems with the Highbank. My journey from July 2021 - March 2023 was overall pleasant and I would move back there again. My peacefulness I've experienced could be because the 1st floor facing N Braeswood street was very quiet and calm 24/7.

Naomi is the BEST! Before she started working at The Highbank, I had really bad experiences with the office. My issues would never get resolved and the staff was rude. But once Naomi started, everything changed. She is so kind and understanding and will go out of her way to make sure that residents are happy. She is the only reason I renewed my lease.

We had a pleasant tour of the property with Tiffany, shes sweet and seems to be very liked by tenants. During our visit more than one person stopped by to greet her they all seemed genuinely happy to live here, you can tell they actually care!

I’ve been living here for 6 months and I can’t wait for my lease to be up. The girl at the front desk has the nastiest attitude and is more concerned with being right than being helpful. I signed the lease under one set of conditions and rules, but the new management is turning everything upside down. The elevator has been broken for months. Good luck if you live on the 5th floor. They also tow here for fun. Stay away. There are better options

As a former resident of The Highbank, it is my duty to warn potential tenants about the myriad of issues that plagued my stay, making it an utterly regrettable choice for anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable living environment.One of the most infuriating problems I encountered was the incessant and disruptive noise caused by the plumbing system in my unit. Each time a neighbor flushed a toilet, took a shower, or even washed their hands, the resulting loud banging and clicking sounds from the pipes echoed throughout my living space. This constant disturbance made it nearly impossible to find solace or enjoy any semblance of tranquility within the confines of my own home.In addition to the plumbing woes, the community as a whole suffered from a litany of issues that tainted the overall experience. The hallway leading to my apartment exuded unpleasant odors, a clear indication of neglect in cleaning and maintenance. The management's disregard for the cleanliness and upkeep of shared areas only added to the disappointment and discomfort.The unprofessional conduct displayed by the office staff exacerbated the frustration. Their dismissive attitude and lack of effective communication left residents feeling ignored and undervalued. It was evident that Tiffany and the management team had little regard for addressing concerns or providing satisfactory service to its tenants.The advertised community pool, meant to be a serene oasis, instead became a hub of constant noise and disruption. The lack of consideration from fellow residents made it impossible to enjoy this amenity without being subjected to excessive noise and disturbances. The absence of enforced regulations further diminished the pool’s appeal and the potential for relaxation.Security concerns were another pressing issue that plagued the apartment community. Frequent reports of cars being broken into and even apartment break-ins created an atmosphere of unease and insecurity among residents. The lack of proactive security measures and a general disregard for residents' safety raised serious doubts about the management's commitment to maintaining a secure environment.Furthermore, the absence of community functions and events further accentuated the disconnect among residents. A thriving community should foster a sense of belonging through organized gatherings and social activities. However, The Highbank failed to provide any such opportunities, leaving residents feeling isolated and deprived of the chance to form meaningful connections.In conclusion, I wholeheartedly discourage considering The Highbank as your future residence. The constant noise disturbances from the plumbing system and upstairs residents, smelly hallways, unprofessional office staff, disruptive pool experiences, security issues, and a lack of community functions, make this apartment community an absolute nightmare. Spare yourself the frustration and seek out alternative housing options that prioritize tenant well-being and offer a genuinely enjoyable living experience.PS, My apartment faced the pool and is above the clubhouse. You will hear every event held!

I've lived here for 3 years and their service continues to satisfy me!-) The New management has been Awesome! I truly enjoy my home... I was in need of a emergency service and within 5 minutes of my call... A knock was at my door!!!! What, what?! Thank you Highbank:-) The office staff has been phenomenal... 5/12/2023.

I have to say that I was extremely happy with my whole move in progress. The manager, Tiffany is so friendly and you can tell she loves what she does. The office team all seem very happy and I'm sure that's because they have a great manager. So huge shout out to Tiffany, Naomi and Andrea for their hard work and passion. 10/10!

DONT LIVE HERETHEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO SECURITYMy apartment got broken into and my car got broken into yesterday too. Don’t ever live here no matter what they tell you. They never take responsibility for their lack of safety. The security guards that they hire are never present they have no cameras no nothing. It’s all a scam and they lure you in with a good looking lobby and free coffee but it’s not worth it.

The apartment complex itself is pretty good. Great location. But certain members of the staff make staying here really great. The maintenance guy, Eddie, is the best! He works fast and efficiently, and he’s always in a good mood and willing lend an extra hand if asked. Tiffany in office is great as well. I may stay another year depending on what the rate is.
