Been going here for 20 years. Had watch batteries replaced every year! This year I was charged $108.00 for 3 batteries. Two watches at $40 a piece and and one at 28. Must've doubles or triple his prices! Soooo disappointed. Will not be back!

I simply wanted to know what size my ring was. It was a gift so I didn't buy it. The owner placed my ring on a sizing stick in front of me, but not showing me the result, told me it was a 9 1/4. I asked 9 1/4? Yes, he confirmed. Odd, this piece was ordered online and only came in whole sizes. He seems put out that I only wanted to know the size of my ring. I just confirm from taking it to Zaddok's Jewelry that it's a solid 9. I saw it. If I can't trust him with a simple request, how could I ever trust him with something more substantial?

Well my experience was terrible today first I will say I was the jeweler at the Gold Factory when it was in what is now the Whatever club on Jones for 10 years and Ned and I both worked together to make the jewelry. And Ned the owner and I did a large volume of jewelry making together, we made a lot of custom making of jewelry. Ned and I both did the Wax work and designing of the jewelry, I did the stone setting of every Ring that came through the door. Now Raul who now owns the Gold Factory is in a very small Place at the end of Jones and Grant.Raul would let me come and sit at one of his benches if I needed to work on something I usually bring my own tools. And just to let Raul know i have sent him a lot of customers which I will no longer doing and will be telling everyone I know in this to go to Your Jeweler very nice family people. I have no clue why Raul turned on me like he did maybe its how people act in his country I have lived in this community for 56 years and you can bet I am going to tell everyone I know in this community to not set Foot into The New Gold Factory because I don' think that late Ned or Margaret would be very happy with the way Raul runs this business..Very unhappy original Jeweler

Raúl did an AMAZING job bringing my engagement ring and wedding band back to life! He replaced a missing diamond, made the white gold look white again, secured the rest of the diamonds, and cleaned it so thoroughly! I couldn't believe my eyes when I picked it up. It looks like a completely different ring! I am extremely happy with the end result.

I moved to Cypress 10 years ago, I needed a battery for my watch. I got my battery price was great. very nice guy. Fast forward 10 years. I need battery's again this time 3 watches great price fast and easy. My Bulova's face crystal broke the watch was not working he thought it could be damaged from the broken crystal. He sent watch off, I was thinking it would take a few week. No just a week. He called to let me know that my watch was ready and that it was not broke you guessed it, it just needed a battery, and the crystal was fixed. He also took links out for me as well. This place is great. I will always bring my repair's here. Thank you for being so helpful.

This is my go-to place for watch battery replacement ( $10 ) or jewelry repairs. Pleasant service and great for me as there's a comfortable sofa to wait! Next time I need a gift I'll take a look here too. Disabled parking outside.
