Lived here for nearly 7 years, and enjoyed every minute of it. The team working at this building are simply phenomenal, and it's really great to see that they promote internally. Over the 7 years of living here, you would think there would have been quite a bit of turnover but NOPE. The same people that were working here 7 years ago, are the same ones today. Any concern we had was shared with a immense amount of trust that it would be addressed to their best abilities very quickly - it was truly a vacation living here.The constant maintenance and upkeep of the property is fantastic, the building has maintained a high level of cleanliness and low 'down time' of broken items at all times. Send a maintenance request? It WILL be fixed within 12-24 hours, no runaround or excuses. There's not that many dogs here, but if you were to visit -- you would think that virtually no dogs live here. No smell in the elevator/hallways, etc.All the neighbors are friendly, and overall have the same admiration for the property as anyone else.Special shoutout to Karen, Ty, Chelsee, Chris, Sid and the maintenance staff as well! They alone made this feel like a home. I think I can say for most residents, that leaving this building is certainly not easy, and I will certainly cherish our time there.Thank you to the entire team at The Fountains! You guys rock, and wish you continued success.

This is our second time living at The Fountains, so they are obviously doing something right. We have always had fond memories of our time here. We love the community atmosphere that The Fountains creates with exciting events like Taco Tuesday and other get togethers, so neighbors can get to know each other. But most importantly are the concierges, who go above and beyond to make each resident feel special, even our pets who get special treats. One of the main reasons we came back is because of Ty, who was a concierge the first time we lived here. We were so happy, though not surprised at all, to hear she had been promoted as property manager. Not only is she an amazing person, my husband and I, as well as all of my kids loved her, but she is the embodiment of customer service. We are glad to be back and hope to finally put down some roots and stay awhile.

Management is horrible here I have had a leak in the bathroom for over three months the very first time I inquired about it they said there was no leak yet my floorboards were whelping from water. They fix the floor and brushed off the problem come a month later they are whelping again completely and leaking from the floor under me. It took until a resident under me was having a leak through her walls for them to do something yet two months later they still have not repaired the leak told me I cannot use the bathtub until it is repaired. Telling me they will need to completely redo my bathroom tile and all while I am currently still in the apartment. I have told them with water comes mold and mildew they say there is no mold or mildew and will not verify or even check under the tub. They do nothing in regards to health hazards. Every time I ask if they will check for mold they disregard me and tell them that they will have a contractor come out soon to fix the tub 3+ moths after the issue. I will be filing a complaint to the BBB. For the amount of rent I pay here this should be a easy resolution yet they just give you the runaround. It’s sad because the concierge‘s are very nice and good people however this has nothing to do with the concierge only management.

Not to be confused with the Fountains Of Wayne, the preferred mall of Stacy's Mom.I have to say that the long and tiring apartment search has left us with only a few decent options and this is one of those decent options. The views are beautiful and yes the prices are high, but I think it's safe and actually fairly well-run compared to some places.

Of the past two years we have had nothing but positive personal experiences with management staff,concierge service, maintenance personnel and security officers. Would highly recommend the fountains to any of my friends. Job well done is in order!!! We will certainly miss you guys.....

The Fountains at Memorial City is a wonderful place to live. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and helpful. The complex is beautiful and consistently well maintained. They are there for you if there is anything you may need. :)
