So today was the first time going to this store..my 2 son and daughter in-law....and the lady in the burgedy shirt was following us around as if they were going to still.. just fyi...They came in to spend MONEY...but ur prejudice attitude lost u money.

I’ve been to this store many times and I’ve purchased lots of items from them but everytime I go, the store associates follow you around and constantly ask, what are you looking for? Then today I tried to take my friend and it was almost 6, the door was unlocked and we ask, are you open? Oh yes we are. Ok so we start walking around, while being followed and then we get, oh sorry the alarm forces us to turn off the lights but I hope you will come back we open at 10. I overlooked these ladies acting like this every time I went in, but today was enough. There are so many other stores to go to. Don’t waste your energy going here..

I went in just because we was looking for something special for my 8 year old daughter. We went in just to look and found Pandora bracelet. The customer service was great. The ladies took they time to show us a lot of options. We didn’t feel rushed at all. The prices are great. Things weren’t overly priced, I wasn’t pressured into buying anything. I will definitely come back.

The first time I shopped here, one of the women followed me around the store as if I were going to steal something. I did my best to ignore it but it was making me extremely uncomfortable. I bought a few hundred dollars worth of items and left. The second time I shopped here, I was followed around again and it bothered me a little more that time. That day, I bought a watch for my mother-in-law and spent another hundred or so. Today was the third and final time I shopped here. One of the women followed me almost around the entire store, always making sure she had me in her sights while I was trying to shop. I’m a mother of 3 and manage two businesses. I was attempting to spend the few precious moments I actually have to myself doing some relaxing shopping and grazing around the store but it was ruined. I don’t appreciate being treated like a thief. Especially not after spending so much in this store. I would never do my customers this way, it’s insulting. I’m a well-mannered woman in my thirties, nothing I was doing should have said “watch her” to them. I will never come back.

What can I say.. These ladies here are amazing with great customer service... Quality product and variety. From Brighton jewelery, Pandora, to Mad Man they have ot here. Will be definitely be shopping here again.?
