I absolutely love my new apartment. My girl Stephanie got me approved and all set up to move in within 3 days!!! My unit is perfect and I’ve had no issues at all living here. The complex is very peaceful and well kept. This complex is a great option for someone starting over or moving out for the first time!!

I have lived here for a little over a year and I must say that the new manager Marleen is a gem. She listens and is understanding to our needs. The pool was never open last year but she makes sure we have use of the pools. Maintenance is also on top of their game. Thank you to the new office staff for making us feel welcome .
We are glad to call The Falls of Clear Lake our home! 5 ?

Edgar and Omar did an AMAZING job fixing my AC, Dishwasher and breakers! Please send my compliments to them. They cleaned the outside unit as well even being 100 degrees outside! These guys are great!

Don't waste your time moving here!! Office staff is horrible, we are constantly without hot water without notice, and when the power goes out, they clearly don't care or respond to maintenance calls. Constant dog barking day/night from other units and office staff won't do anything about it. Nothing gets fixed correctly, but they will be quick to try to evict you when you are a day late. This place is a joke as well as the office staff.

Been calling them 3x today and they said the one will fox my AC is coming for me,
Been waiting for whole day but nobody came. Matter of fact, I have 2 request which is pending for 3 weeks already and management kept on promising that they will fix it but they did not. Look at my temperature. So freaking hot inside.

I’m writing to express my frustration with the current management of our apartment complex since the new ownership took over last summer. I’ve lived here for over 2 years and keep to myself but perhaps a bad review will ensure that I’ll have my new garbage disposal installed soon.
It’s very difficult to reach anyone in the office. Calls go to voicemail, and even when I visit in person, I rarely get clear answers. “I’ll have to check with maintenance” has been the common response back to me the past couple of weeks. I never get updated.
The new rules, like allowing only two pieces of furniture on the patio and curfews, seem unreasonable, especially when issues like residents not cleaning up after their dogs are ignored.
Maintenance used to be quick, but now it takes days or even weeks. My hot water goes out multiple times a month. Last week, there was work on the gate near my apartment without any notice.
My garbage disposal has been broken since May 2nd, and it’s now May 17th with no fix. This has made it impossible to do dishes or use the dishwasher because the sink backs up, and now there are flies everywhere. I was told on the 2nd that they were ordering me a new one.
Additionally, the new payment portal has been a mess under the new management. It showed that I paid on my end in September, but I still received an eviction notice. Apparently, it never actually went through. When I went to ask about the notice, the manager who sent it out (along to multiple other residents) was conveniently not there that day. Because of these issues, I’ve had to resort to using checks, as the payment portal is unreliable. I never had issues with the old payment portal.
This situation is very frustrating and needs to be addressed immediately.

I've have been living here for the past 2 years and it kinda sucked there always structural issues in the apartments some don't even have insulation so during the summer your apartment will be 85 degrees and there nothing they can do about it I have gone days without hot water multiple times you have to pay a exterminator fee but i’ve never once seen them come around and i’ve put in a work order for one and they never came i’ve had a huge water spot on the roof that was caving in and they never fixed it all they did was put a piece of cardboard over it and they are constantly changing the management team here so if you put in a work order during that time oh well its gonna get lost and you have to do it again and the public washer and dryer sucks and half of them dont even work

Marlene is great, she is sympathetic to my situation, what I've been going through the past year and she is truthfully trying to go the extra mile and keep in touch with me and make sure all my needs are met even though the previous office manager was standoffish and confrontational. The fact that the manager calls me and assures me it's going to be okay means the world to me and I hope that other companies take that to heart and model their own work ethic in the same way she has been trying to do knowing that the past year has been one that truly tests you. It is great to know that someone truly cares. Life will throw you curve balls Non-Stop and it has a weird fixation on kicking you when you're down and it is great to know you finally have a company that cares. Thank you Marlene for reassuring me, you really have no idea how much it means. Thank you for being in close contact with me, I greatly appreciate it ❤️ this is 1 hour later... Edgar came and fixed my A/C in record time..truly felt like it was a priority to not just him, but Marlene as well! Thank you for handling my issues, mind you I am still behind on my rent and this is the type of place where you feel like a priority. I am finally appreciated and happy to be here after 5 years!!!!
