This has been the best experience I've ever had with dog walkers! Ben is very responsive and personally comes to your home to meet the dog(s) and the owners and makes sure any questions or issues are addressed.Marc began walking our crazy husky the very next day and our Jake fell immediately in love with him! He waits by the door every afternoon for his walk!Thank you Ben and Marc for loving our dog and taking the best care of him we've ever had in a walker service.

We used Ben’s dog walking service while I was pregnant and unable to walk around too much. Beth, our walker, was always on time and so friendly. I trusted her completely with my precious girl. My dog always lit up when she would hear Beth’s voice and would go flying down the stairs for her walk! I truly value their service and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help getting their dogs out and about!

We have used The Dog Walker for 4 years. Ben and his team are incredibly reliable and do a great job communicating when something does come up.They have gone above and beyond to accommodate my aging dog. They have really become part of our support structure. They have transported her safely from place to place, dealt with unfortunate incidents with neighbors, and given my dog something to look forward to every day.Ben invoices the walks on a monthly schedule. It’s really painless to pay him.The Dog Walker is a great, dependable company with lovely people working for them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ben and his walkers are fantastic! I was one of his first clients in 2007 until my Buckeye passed away this year (14 years!). I never worried about them coming to walk him. Ben would find backfills when someone was out and walked Buckeye for many years himself. He watched Buckeye grow up from a puppy then grow old. Every walker was watchful of the heat when Buckeye was in his last years and would play with him inside for the rest of the time.

Ben and his walkers have taken care of my Buckeye since he was 10 weeks old in 2007. I started with Ben when he was first beginning his business. Every walker has been reliable and great with Buckeye and our newer dog Chippy. They are always courteous and check the water bowl and now that Buckeye is a senior dog, they are mindful of taking him out in the heat for too long and will sit and pet him after a shorter walk instead.

Ben and his walkers are fantastic! We have used The Dog Walker for the last 2 years and have appreciated the reassurance that our dogs are being taken care of by competent, loving dog walkers. Our 2 dogs are large breeds and young/highly energetic and our walkers have done a wonderful job with them. I like that they leave detailed progress reports so I know exactly when they came and any highlights from the walk. More importantly, the notes they leave confirm that Ben hires passionate dog lovers, which is important to us. Additionally, Ben is extremely responsive and has accommodated last minute requests for us - for example, I recently had a baby and am very appreciative that I was able to text Ben from the hospital to add extra walks that day to ensure my dogs were taken care of. Ben is easy to get in touch with via text, email or phone call and our monthly invoices have always been accurate. I love that Ben is on multiple payment platforms, I use Venmo which makes taking care of payments super convenient. Highly recommend Ben.

We had a great experience with this company. Ben managed all our requests and was able to schedule the same walker to visit our new pup twice a day. They also took our training into consideration and handled our puppy the way we requested during the visits. Would use again and recommend to others!

This is one of if not the best locally owned dog walking company around. Ben Louis the company's owner is professional, kind and it's easy to see he loves what he does! The prices are fantastic all the employees are efficient and help us with additional requests. The dog walker has been a trusted partner for me and my dog Zooey. Thanks Ben!

Advise using someone else. They didn't have a formal system to handle booking or canceling appointments or transmitting dog walking instructions, didn't have good records for keeping track of invoices and the details of the walks for preparing invoices, and were very disorganized and forgetful. I got invoices that were wrong multiple times so you have to keep track of the walks yourself. The walkers seemed more like independent contractors than employees in that the company cannot assure the quality of the walkers or the walks. The walkers also are at capacity a lot and so you sometimes have to make other dog walking arrangements when their walkers are too busy.
