I ordered a wooden dining table and was expecting light wood stain, but instead received a wooden table with literal white paint on it which looks really cheap considering the hefty price tag on the table.

Ordered a walnut table. Process was easy, price was the best online. Mike G followed up on everything and responded to every email regarding status, availability, etc. White gloves delivery went smooth. Writing this review, because I was hesitant to make a $3500 order online from a retailer with little reviews, but everything went great, and I am really happy saving $1500 and having a great table. Stylish picks on the web site. Thanks Design Tap, will come back again.

We ordered a concrete dining table from The Design Tap, which we were warned by several designers that these concrete products, although unique, beautiful and very modern, would be fragile to ship. When we spoke with Michael at The Design Tap, he also warned about the fragility of this type product. We decided to order it anyway. When the table arrived, one of the pedestals were broken/cracked. We informed Michael and he promptly ordered a replacement from the manufacturer. When the replacement arrived, it too was cracked. Again, Michael ordered another, and it too arrived cracked. Finally, Michael ordered 2 replacement pedestals with the hope that at least one would arrive undamaged, and sure enough, 1 was damaged and the other was fine. Michael and the Design Tap went beyond the call of duty to make sure we received a complete dining table that we could enjoy. I highly recommend The Design Tap for their customer service, follow up, patience and understanding. I will use them again for future furniture needs.

Me and my girlfriend bought a coffee table that was on backorder and they were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process. We love the new table and will definitely be back!

We purchased two modern nightstands from the Design Tap online. Despite a meticulous packing job both nightstands arrived damaged. They located a local furniture repair shop near me in Austin, tracked progress, paid for everything and now I have two pieces of furniture that are probably higher quality than the original build. The cost of fixing these two pieces probably outweighed their profit. They are clearly focused on customer service which will enable them to continue. It's challenging shopping for furniture online but if your choice is between The Design Tap and someone else I hope my experience lets you know how they operate. I will definitely shop here again. Thanks so much for taking care of your customers.

I loved working with Michael and Pam. We redecorated my main living area. Michael works hard for his clients and Pam has extensive design experience. Both are great to work with and their prices are affordable. I'll definitely use again.

Cannot say enough good things about The Design Tap! I hired Pam and Gina to redecorate my office. They came up with a fabulous design that looks amazing! They listed to what I wanted and made great suggestions. The redesign was done in a timely manner and stayed below our budget! Gina was very easy accessible if I had questions or wanted input on things. I will definitely be using them again for future projects. I HIGHLY recommend The Design Tap!
