Everyone here is absolutely wonderful. They did everything in their power to keep my temperamental guy calm. This is the first and only place I’ve been able to successfully take my kitties. Quick and easy while still being thorough and answering all of my questions.

I've been visiting Dr. Oeben with my cat Coco for 3 years. I found this clinic online and knowing that my cat gets stressed around dogs, I chose this veterinarian for her.
The entire team is kind to my nervous (mildly spicy) middle-aged cat. I appreciate their friendly attempts at distraction using treats and toys.
I find the prices to be reasonable and we're definitely working as a team to ensure my cat continues on in good health.
Today was a mid-year visit for my cat to get labs - now that she's getting on in years. I appreciated that (earlier in the year) they suggested a second appointment rather than doing it during the vaccine appointment where Coco gets extra stressed. It made sense and it really worked out nicely today.

The veterinarian (Dr Oeben)?⬛ is truly exceptional. With a degree from one of the TOP VET SCHOOLS, Dr Oeben consistently impresses me with her top-notch medical care. She is COMPASSIONATE ? because she is a cat owner, too. She understands because she, also, has a life-long love of cats.
The clinic location is super convenient, between Midtown and Montrose, with free parking ?️.
I highly recommend The Cat Doctor for all your feline friends!

I had the most wonderful experience here. This place is like heaven for cats and owners alike. I usually feel very nervous at the vet, have to wait a bunch, and have short visits, but not here. I have never had such a warm, welcoming, and compassionate experience at a vet before. I feel so fortunate to be able to bring my kitties here. The customer service and quality of care is outstanding. There was no wait, the vet took the time to answer all my questions, gave my kitty a treat and a catnip toy which he now absolutely loves. The price is honestly super reasonable for the convenience and quality of care you receive (the standard annual wellness visit charge was $78). All staff were super kind and helpful. They even let me meet and pet the residents kitties and helped me bring my cat and his new supplies to my car. 100000/10. For the first time, I am honestly excited to take my babies to the vet. You will not regret taking your kitty here!

I brought my cats here once many years ago but then moved to the heights.. after a couple experiences with vets who obviously don’t know as much about cats as dogs, I decided to start bringing all 3 of them back despite the 30 minute drive!!
Short: staff was fast and attentive, everyone makes you feel like your cats are the coolest, and then there is Mario, the resident vet kitty who steals your heart at the front door. Great experience overall.
I have only been once so far but they already made a big difference. My boy cats are chunky and I’ve asked so many vets for help and advice - all I got is that they need more play time (they will not run unless they’re chased so that was a losing battle), try feeding them separately, etc. Not horrible advice but it just wasn’t practical for the cats and it didn’t work.
One trip to Cat Vet and they asked what food the boys were on (high end kibble) and made the simple suggestion to change them to a wet food with high protein. My boys are already more playful and energetic after two weeks of doing this, their coats are softer, and they are so happy!! Something simple but effective like that really shows me that they know cats and they actually care.
My girl gets the benefit of the wet food even though she’s a skinny little thing ;)
I’m thrilled and look forward to many years coming here!

Simply the best place to take your cat especially if they really don’t like the vet. I’ve written a review before but I just have to write another one after our appt. My guy is quite difficult. It was so stressful going to the vet but thanks to Dr. O and her staff, they put me, and most of all my cat, at ease. Thank yall for being the best and taking care of my guy. We appreciate yall!

Her compassion for animals, professionalism, and patience with pet parents are unparalleled.In the past, other vet clinics often misinterpreted my cat's timid nature as bad temperament, which led to unnecessary sedation. However, Dr. Oeben has a gentle approach that puts my little cat at ease, allowing for smooth and successful check-ups and treatments.
