No parking unless you pay per hour if you could pay for parking you wouldn't need this place you could buy your own lunch and do your own laundry. Most inconvenient place to go. Don't waste your gas or time like i did trying to find a place to park ,police hurried over to tell me i couldn't park there and said no parking area for that center and it was all pay to park as i was going to stop to do gps and find a place to park as i am not from here and with a stank attitude too. Texas is no longer the friendly place it once was it is the same as every city aside from houston being one of the human trafficking capitals of america. This location isn't meant for all homeless or any homeless in vehicles and not in convenient location for the actual homeless or in need.And no one answers the phone to ask where.

I received services from other agencies. First time there. Just be patient and understanding. I'm my case I ate and charged my phone. Went great!

This is the best place in Houston. I Love this place. They actually help ppl and don't judge or look down on nobody. The caseworkers are very helpful and really care about they clients. Very professional! I've never got turned down from this place and they actually care about ppl here. God Bless the caseworkers for doing a fantastic Job and who this place is ran by.

Great Place for resources. Also you can have breakfast and lunch, your clothes washed and folded, mail, clinic, clothes and showers.

Truly a place blessed by the father himself. They offer so many services and truly care about everyone not just the homeless. They truly want to help everyone get back on their feet or help them through a rough patch. They have showers, laundry, a health clinic, dentist office, food breakfast and lunch and a place out of the cold to relax or out of the heat to stay cool. You can charge your phone, get help with housing or identification, social security card birth certificate, through compass. Truly amazing the people that give their time to volunteer and help others with kindness and patience. Genuinely smiling and leading with actions not empty words. This is a wonderful place that assists our most vulnerable population. They feed here, let them shower, and wash their clothes. There are other services here and we help by doing outreach for our department. (SUDOP) Substance Use Disorder Outreach Program helps people get into treatment and with mental health.

The beacon is not the same the people was pushing you down to get at the front and then they don't be consistent in the housing
