Alex is warm, personable and a complete professional. She isn't afraid to tell a client 'no' if a request will damage the hair too much or look utterly horrible for a face shape. She's saved me from making huge mistakes just because I liked a picture. I have beautiful, healthy COLORED hair because Alex is top-notch.
